Unfortunately last sunday my kitched flooded, Ismail and his crew were so professional, I am gladful with the service they provided highly recommended

They fixed the water damage on my basement caused by the overflow from the washing machine. Brought indusrty level equipments and dried the floor/carpet in a short period of time

I had mold in my house and i have called rixon restoration. They have responded quick and sent their technitians they came with AFD devices, treat the mold with the serum and filtered the Air in the house. Now my house smells fresh again. I would highly recommend this guys. They are the Pros. Thanks again

Rixon came out to do work in my basement after it flooded twice. It took a while for us to connect but it was during the holidays so, that was understandable. William the owner was very professional and nice. He sent Jefferson and Jorge to come out to complete the work that needed to be done. They were pleasant, neat, professional and accomodating they all truly believe in customer service. We had a littel hiccup nothing major but I was not happy. Jorge and Jefferson asked me what I wanted, how did I want it to look we sat for about 15minutes tossing around ideas. Jorge asked me "how long can we stay and work?" We came up with something I liked it Jefferson said he could do it all the while William was texing me as he was in a meeting, he called me as soon as the meeting was over. He did not make suggestions like "here is what we will do" he said " what would you like for us to do?" I appreciated that though, they are the professionals my concerns were important. Jorge and Jefferson headed to get more supplies and came back with another worker and William! The woked until about 9pm to get the small things fixed. To me that was big deal but it was a small fix but to them it was like nothing is to small we want you to be happy and satisfied and I ABSOLUTELY am!... Thank you all again for your hardwork and considering my input and being considerate also of my time as well. I have already planned for them to come out and do additional work. The price was pretty reasonable as well. -

I had flood in my house and I had mold so I have called the rixon restoration. They crew came right away. And they started the demolition the same day. They have done a great job. They dried the frames and clean all the mold on the studs now they are doing my repairs. I would definitely recommend them. They are so professionals!

My experience with Rixon was deeply disappointing and exhausting. Over four months, they failed to provide a detailed report of the damage, missed appointments without notice, ignored calls, and their assessment was refuted by other companies. Worst of all, they quit halfway through the job, which worsened my situation. I cannot recommend their services.

I am very satisfied with their work. Professional team which did all work with high quality within short time. They moved my kitchen wall and renovated my house. I love before and after view of my townhouse.
