My 20+ year old dishwasher started leaking. I was sure it needed to be replaced but thought I’d try the repair route first. Ashburn Appliance repair was able to find the problem and fix it without a huge bill. It runs beautifully now

Gill was out to fix my ice maker in my Samsung fridge. He and Gary in the office are a great tag team. Prompt and clear communication from start to finish of scheduling, instructions on how to prepare for the visit and visit window. Gill gives honest feedback is friendly and was a pleasure to have help me out.

Incredibly disappointed in this company (which also goes by S.O.S appliance repair). Our KitchenAid dishwasher was leaking, so we paid $399 ($99 diagnostic, $300 labor/repair) for them to fix it. Which they said they did. Lo and behold, the first time we ran it post "repair" it began leaking worse than ever. My husband called, they returned, called it a "major leak" and said they could not fix it. When my husband asked for a refund, they refused and, instead, suggested they return and try to replace a different part (even though previously they said they couldn't fix it) which we would have to pay for. We obviously did not want to continue doing business with them but they continued to refuse to refund us, finally agreeing to refund the $99 diagnostic fee. So basically we spent $300 to wait around twice for their 4 hour appointment time span and make our leak worse.
Please remember that this is the same company as SOS appliance repair (I called the number associated with this Ashburn appliance repair on Google and verified with the person I spoke to that they go by both business names), so stay away from both if you want to avoid what we went through.
