I recently had F.H. Furr in for maintenance on my HVAC. As it turns out there was a major issue with my furnace. Richard Scott arrived on schedule and did a exceptional job not only diagnosing the issue but promptly ordering the necessary parts and scheduling the repair at the earliest possible time. For the follow up repair, Richard arrived at my house on schedule despite having been on an emergency call the previous day until 3 am that very morning. He was thorough and meticulous and promptly had my furnace working. I am very pleased with the work and grateful to have heat again.

Zachary has always been a professional when he’s come to house on service consult/repair calls. This time he was able to give us a good consultation concerning replacing our HVAC thermostat as well as give us good advice on possibly replacing our whole indoor/outdoor HVAC system soon. We appreciate everything he’s done for us. Thanks again!!
