A true group of professionals from the arborist’s assessment to the execution of the trimming/pruning team. The Bartlett team arrived on time and did a walk through on all eight trees that were being pruned that day. We made decisions based on the short and long term outcomes we wanted to enhance view and value of the landscaping for our property and home. Nick and the team were fast and efficient and asked questions at each step of the process to make sure we were good with the finished product. We plan to use them on a regular basis to maintain our trees and landscape.

Sunday a large pine tree fell softly against my house, some branches on my roof. Bartlett Tree Experts came Monday and gave estimate. Crew arrived early Tuesday and all work was completed . and debris was removed neatly. Men worked very good together. I was very pleased-All went well. I appreciate the managers and the workers. Thanks to all that helped me through this difficult experience .

Insisted that I be there for both the evaluation and scheduled trimming of 1 tree so had to be done on my only day off as I live alone only for them to not show up. Scheduled at 11:30. I called them at noon to see where they were. They called back at 1:30 saying the morning job was taking longer than expected and would be there at 2:30. They called again at 2:45 saying they weren’t coming at all and someone would call to reschedule. No one ever called again. How do you misjudge how long a job is going to take by over 8 hrs when you’ve seen it in person first? How do you not let someone know when you realize your mistake right away so they don’t sit around all day waiting for something to never happen? And how do not follow up to make it right?!
I’ve scheduled with another company now that doesn’t require me to be there and only costs $350 instead of $810 so I guess it’s win in the end.

We have used Bartlett Tree Service several times, receiving expert advice from Greg Bradshaw on which trees needed removal and treatment on our 3 acre property. Greg returned calls promptly and the Bartlett crews have always done a great, professional job.

Bartlett Tree Experts were first contacted several years ago when an ash tree on our property was severely attacked by emerald ash bores. We were told that the tree was in serious condition and may not be able to be saved. We invested in having Bartlett do injections and fertilization that year that started to bring the tree back to life. Ever since, Bartlett has been contracted to maintain the tree with treatments.

We are delighted to have the ash tree "alive and well" after nearly losing it. Bartlett's professional checkups, knowledge and treatments overcame the severe damage from the emerald ash bore attack. The tree continues, year after year, to be a beautiful and healthy. We read in Bartlett's newsletter that the emerald ash bore attacks continue to flourish and destroy most trees.

Bartlett’s arborist, Daniel Cardenas, recently made a Spring inspection. He recommended trimming competing branches to encourage central leader vertical development at the top of the tree. A crew arrived soon to do the work.

The crew chief and trimmer spent time with my wife and me to review their trimming recommendations. We needed to confirm that branch removals would not eliminate the ash tree’s beauty as seen from our back deck. The crew was very attentive to our concerns. Their work resulted with further improving the health of the tree and maintaining it beauty. It was quickly apparent that the crew chief and the worker in the tree were very knowledgeable and communicated professionally.

Expert advice from Dan helped us save our cedars and a pear tree loved by our toddlers. He was punctual, friendly, and highly professional. We will call Bartlett for any tree-related concerns in the future!

I wanted to pass along a recommendation for Bartlett Tree Service. I have them come out to tend to my trees multiple times. This past occasion was to remove a wonderful pin oak that had succumbed to blight. Dan Cardenas from Bartlett had been advising us on this particular tree for a few years. He is not pushy, simply providing expertise so that the homeowner can make an informed decision. We opted to take the tree down before this winter as the percent of dead limbs had increased and we were worried given the suspicion that our area may have a bad winter.
If you are looking at the trees on your property and wondering whether or not they will hold up this winter, then I strongly recommend the tree experts at Bartlett. Dan Cardenas in particular is excellent. He can also provide alternatives to some of your trees, especially if you are interested in planting native trees or ones that might work best given your soil/light conditions.
I have found them to be highly competitive in pricing. I believe they are a great value. They also leave the property well raked and cleaned up.

We have been using multiple services by Bartlett Tree Experts exclusively for the past 10 years. They have fertilized, trimmed, treated and removed a very large oak tree very closed to our home. I have come to know Dan, Amy and their crews and can highly recommend them. Dan has come out to attend even the smallest requests on his own while in our area. We have a large, old white oak on our property that needed some care. Greg made recommendations about pruning to preserve the tree and he did some soil sampling to determine what was needed to properly feed and nurture all of the trees on our property. John and Jack performed the pruning work and they were awesome! It was not only fun watching the progress they made on the trees (which look great) it was fun to watch them work and climb in the tree canopy being careful to not drop any of the large branches on our fence or shed below. They took careful measures to perform the work safely by placing cones and road signs as well. My 10 and 7 year old boys were enamored by the entire process. Our old oak will hopefully be around for another 100 years or more.
