VEI is my go to for my appliance repair! They are quick and reliable. I have had multiple repair with different techs with great out comes. I definitely refer the company.

Awesome next day service. Tim was great and so was the office. Tim even followed up after repair. Very fair pricing. Recommend and will use again.

Washing machine not working. Timmy replaced water pump and found gasket leak. Got it fixed before small drip turned in to a big leak. Thank you for the professional quick service!

Virginia Electronics has been my go-to for electronic and appliance repairs for years. A technician named Timmy recently came by to service our fridge and I felt compelled to leave a review because he went out of his way to not only find the issue, but to try and save me as much $ as possible. Left the place looking like it did before he got there and I wouldn’t use anyone else in VA

My Samsung refrigerator broke down. The Virginia electronics' technician was amazing, timely response, excellent work, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. I'll have them back any time an appliance would brake down.. Thanks.

Tim was great to work with on trying to get my Midea dw repaired. Although they ha to completely replace the unit, each time Tim came out to install a new part he was very pleasant

I'm very happy with VA Electronics. The staff is kind and professional. They showed up in the specified time frame. They fixed my problem, the entire process was wonderful.

I had multiple issues with my refrigerator so I called these guys, within hours Timmy was at my door to make check it out and make the repairs. He took his shoes off, cleaned up after the work was completed. I would definitely use these guys again. Polite and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg.

Virginia Electronics fixed my LG refrigerator, at the first appointment they decided what parts should we order, the order came and the next day they called me to schedule the appointment. everything was perfectly done and the electronics arrived on time. I highly recommend them 👍🏼

I contacted Timmy and asked him which dishwasher I should buy to replace the old one. He recommended a Midea brand and I purchased it from Lowes and they installed it after quite a wait. After 2 days the unit quit working in the middle of the cleaning cycle leaving water in the bottom. Lowes sent a technician and he said that we needed to just return it for another one. After contacting Lowes about the situation they said they would not replace it and I should contact Va. Electronics and they sent a technician out and within minutes determined that a manufacture recall on the latch was the problem. He said he had a new updated latch on his truck and replaced it and it hasn’t failed since. I’m convinced that if I had used Va. Electronics earlier I would have avoided this frustrating situation. I would highly recommend you to contact them for any situation with appliances for quick solutions to make your life easier!

Needed a repair on our Samsung refrigerators icemaker which stopped working. Virginia Electronics was quick to schedule a service call, only to discover that a new part would be necessary to complete the repair. The tech Tim called and ordered the piece on site. He predicted the part should be in in 5 to 7 days and it was. Part installed today and we are up and humming along. Very knowledgeable and punctual. I would not hesitate to use Virginia Electronics again. I do wish that they could be more precise in scheduling the service repairs time. A 1-6 window is a little in the long side especially if you have to take off from work.

I wanted my dryer vent hose replaced, changing from the plastic ribbed type to an all metal one in the hopes it would not become obstructed like the plastic one does. Timmy came out, gave me a reasonable quote and was able to get materials and start that day. Timmy made sure to clean the dryer vent and did a neat and professional job on the whole install. I would definitely recommend Virginia Electronics and Timmy if you’re looking to have a similar project completed.

My refrigerator was not working, and the technician came out and figured out what the problem was in a very short time. He was very friendly. The staff at their office is also very friendly and I highly recommend them for any kind of repair that you need.

I used Virginia Electronics Inc. to help fix my freezer/Fridge combo when it stopped making ice efficiently. Tim was at my house in a heart beat and fixed it with no problems! He was very personable and professional. Prices were very fair and we never had a problem after them visit. I will certainly use him and the company in the future and would recommend them to anyone. My wife and I were beyond pleased!

We had the pleasure of having Virginia Electronics come out to our home to address some concerns with our dryer and washer. The gentleman that came was very polite and professional. He was very efficient in figuring out causes of issues and was able to complete all appropriate repairs. He then explained to me in detailed all his findings and how/ what he did to remedy our concerns. I am very satisfied thus far with the quality of service we received. Tim is a great , respectful employee that is well informed with the products he services.

I contacted Virginia Electronics to repair my Electrolux Dryer that is still under warranty. Stephanie immediately contacted Kyle (Repair Technician) and explained the problem I has having with my dryer. Kyle immediately knew what to do to fix the problem and what parts would be needed. Stephanie expedited the delivery of the necessary parts for the very next day. Stephanie then placed me on Kyle's repair schedule the following day complete with the needed parts. Within an hour, Kyle replaced the parts. Amazing and Extremely Efficient are the best words to describe Stephanie. She is so competent and so friendly and totally focused on doing everything possible to help customers like me. Kyle is equally amazing and efficient. He can diagnose a problem over the telephone and know exactly what to do to fix any problem. Kyle has extraordinary organizational skills. He is so competent that he knew exactly what to do to fix the problem and came totally prepared. I am so thankful to Stephanie and Kyle for all their help.

Excellent Customer Service 2:59 PM: Stephanie demonstrated amazing customer service at the very last minute before her day ended, literally lol. I called and she was more than happy to assist even though they were a minute from closing. I haven't had much experience with Virginia Electronics but so far, the service has been great. Definitely will recommend based on professionalism, care and service

I struggled with a broken portable AC unit and the manufacturer contracts Virginia Electronics for warranty work. I received excellent service from the admin staff to the technician doing the repair. They made a difficult situation tolerable. Thank you.

The tech was very good, courteous and knowledgable, but my contact with the one in charge of billing was very problematic. She did not make clear to me what fees I was supposed to pay. She also was confused and rushed and pushy so that I did not feel comfortable with going ahead to purchase a new appliance from them. I should have asked ahead of time, I guess, but I was surprised to find I had to pay a separate fee for each appliance the tech just looked at when he came. Anyway, if anyone wants to use this business, ask about all the fees ahead of time before you agree to anything!

Do not waste any time calling this company. They are not honest about what they can do with repairs. But they are happy to charge for extra parts, and visits, which later (after the fact) they admit probably wouldn’t work.

Extremely bad services. cancel a service because of the bad reviews. they asked me to pay first over the phone. After the cancellation they did not refund me. After I contacted the office 5 times and finally talked to the manager, I got the refund after almost seven weeks.
actually the manager sent the owner an email to ask him to do the refunding . He still didi not do it for four weeks. Really bad experience and I hope you won't use their service.
