Seems like they do good work one of their drivers is very reckless and dangerous. I was ran off the road this morning by a truck pulling a trailer. Not who you want representing your business.

We recently worked with Chip for a backyard landscaping project. He and his team were incredibly professional and responsive. We could not be happier and would highly recommend!

They service our community and charge $110,000 annually for once a week service. Only one day a week. During the first three- four weeks of our contract they came with a lot of people & did do an adequate job; however, now they send only 3-4 people maximum, today i saw only a couple of employees pretending that they are working. The name of the company contradicts with its’ services.

I called for an estimate and was told that the account manager for our community would get back to me. After nearly two weeks of no response, I followed up and was told by the account manager that he would be in the area for a meeting the following morning and would stop by so that I could describe what I was looking for. He walked by twice, did not stop, did not call and obviously did not provide the estimate I requested weeks ago - no integrity in that. True professionals cancel or reschedule but never do they not call or not show!

Unpleasant experience from start to finish.

I have lived in my home for 15 years with my elderly mom. I work a 9 to 5 like most people. Integrity has been anything but. I have damage to my backyard fence, the only person who goes in my backyard beside myself and one of my siblings to take out the trash out. We don’t need to go in and out we can just reach over to set the trash down. This is the second time we needed to report damage to our fence. I reached out to the company and spoke with someone who promised to call back, or course he never did. So much for Integrity. This is stressing my 85 yr old mom out.

We contacted Integrity as our daughter recommended them after they graded and installed a large walkway, They designed and installed a beautiful walkway and associated landscaping for us that generates many complements. Luke and all the workers were professional, friendly and most willing to make minor design changes. We highly recommend Integrity Landscaping; they are the best!

Joe V. As president of our HOA, our Board hired Integrity for the year 2022 for our community. They are a pleasure to work with because they tailored their contract to our special needs such as increased leaf removal. They have been very responsive to any new issues that arose during the year such as reducing a wax myrtle hedge row that was over 9 foot high to 4 or 5 foot high. The hedge is thriving. A previous landscaper was repeatedly filing erroneous invoices multiple months throughout the year. Integrity has always files accurate and detailed invoices for the work they have done for the month. They are very professional.

I became a customer of Integrity Landscaping Solutions when my previous landscaper closed his business and suggested that they continue to maintain my yard. During the first year, when I had concerns about the way my yard looked after mowing with the grass leaning over badly, I contacted the residential supervisor to see what could be done to make improvements. He was non-responsive and, after repeated texts and emails, was very defensive and offered no solution to my concerns. The second year with them, I had the same concerns and the supervisor made no attempt the correct the problems. When I contacted the owner of the company and sent him photographs, he was not aware that this problem was in its second year and let me know he thought I was being unreasonable. After this conversation, I told the secretary/administrative assistant that I thought it would be best if considered changing landscaping options. After this conversation, when Integrity Landscaping Solutions did my leaf removal in 2021 they charged me $554.00. In 2020, they charged me $239.85 . The owner's comment was that I got a really good deal in 2020. The same number of trees and leaves from one year to the next does not warrant such an exorbitant increase. I have no recourse against this Company since I had authorized their secretary/administrative assistant to use my debit card for monthly charges and she had exercised that right on January 17 prior to sending me the invoice on February 14, after I requested it.. There were many months when I had to make repeated requests to get invoices that were not sent in the timely manner. She had used my debit card prior to sending me any invoices for the 2021 leaf removal charges. Should you decide to do business with this company, I hope that you will be more diligent/satisfied than I was.

Excellent customer service. High quality of service. Always responsive. Easy to get a hold of. Great listeners. Guaranteed to honor their contract. Never late to a special service request. They know their customers. They treat customers like family. These are what come to mind when I describe all the years I have worked with Integrity Landscape Solutions. I had Integrity tear out old, overgrown landscape, put in new attractive landscape, maintain the yard weekly, apply yard treatments, seed and aerate. And the experience was exactly what I had always looked for when owning a home. Hands down the BEST landscape company I have worked with in any city/state I have ever lived in. Thank you Chip & Kyle Seekford & your team for a great experience. They have my personal and highest recommendation.

They do great work, but if there is a problem they will not fix it. If you hire them I advise withholding at least 25% of the payment until you know there are no defects and all plants are living. I ended up with $500 worth of dead shrubs and integrity did not correct the problem. The owner refused to reimburse me when he couldn't replace the plants. (He put in writing that he would reimburse since he could not replace, then stated he wouldn't.) I eventually replaced them myself at my own expense. So beware! Withhold payment until you are satisfied!

They do great work. I would make sure to clarify what is covered under their warranty.

This is by far the WORST Landscaping Company that we have ever had. Weeds are everywhere, the grass is cut way too tall, and pruning is a joke. The mower is leaving deep tracks and when it turns rips up the grass leaving mud that grass hasn't and won't grow back into until seeded. So there are just bare spots all over. They refuse to listen to your concerns or return your calls. We will NEVER use them again and I don't understand how they are still operating as a Company with the incredibly shoddy work that they are doing. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau for starters. What a disgrace. The owner, should be ashamed.

Integrity Landscaping installed our patio and flower beds in June. Chip, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He is very professional, knowledgeable and met with me several times to discuss the design. He advised me on what plants and shrubs would work best in our backyard. The installation team was also wonderful to work with. Jason and Luke were very, professional, friendly and welcomed my questions and suggestions during the process. We are extremely happy and highly recommend them! We will be using them for any future landscaping projects.
