System blockage was handled with excellence half of which was emergency call and other half a more involved diagnosis. Chris was thorough and explained the problem well. In logical steps he used what needed to be used to accurately figure out the problem and resolve it.

Not impressed.
I offered him tea and some cookies and we tried to figure out the how to schedule my thermostat. Not only we couldn’t figure it out but I was charged for it.
I guess I should have never made him tea and I should have let him figure out how to do the schedule and if he didn’t figure it out. refuse to pay. Instead of $90 I paid almost $200 just because I had a bit of manners to offer him tea and I was googling with him how to set up a sleep and away schedule. I and him we never figured it out. Based of that it felt like a rip off and next time I ll call other places and check….
There was nothing major with my HVAC other than the setting was off. Emergency heat was set up too high.
