The people who work here are so kind!!! Jeremy Henline came out to do a maintenance service for us and he was very thorough and helpful with the work he did, as well as very personable. We appreciate it. :)

System blockage was handled with excellence half of which was emergency call and other half a more involved diagnosis. Chris was thorough and explained the problem well. In logical steps he used what needed to be used to accurately figure out the problem and resolve it.

Troy Huffman did an exceptional job of trouble shooting issue, determining part was under warranty, and got me back on schedule ASAP once part arrived. Call the G-Man!!

Camden Giroux was great! He was right on time, professional and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do to install the new water heater and left the area clean and in order. I would definitely use him again.

Joshua was very professional and appears to have done a nice job on my kitchen sink plumbing installation. It was a good experience with him. I was a bit shocked by the very high price Gilman charged though. Considerably more than expected.

Chris arrived promptly, wearing slippers as a thoughtful gesture of his respect and consideration for our home. He greeted us warmly, and his genuine concern when asking about our plumbing issues made us feel cared for. He patiently examined all three of our Glacier Bay toilets, explaining each step clearly and patiently, which helped us feel more at ease.

His dedication and efficiency were truly reassuring as he promptly repaired all three toilets. He showed us the signed receipt and kindly assured us it would be sent to our email, easing any worries. Beyond being a knowledgeable and skilled plumber, Chris's sincere care and respectful manner made a significant difference. His friendly and comforting communication made us feel supported and understood throughout the service.

We sincerely appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Without hesitation, we would recommend him to our family and friends. If we face any future plumbing issues, we will definitely want to reach out to Chris again. His genuine care and expertise truly deserve recognition, and he would be an excellent trainer for others.🏆

Plumbing issues- Josh was great!! He accidentally hit cable wires crawling in crawl space and knocked my cable out … not a big deal things happen however, when he caked his manager I could hear him on the phone. Far from professional. He didn’t know I could hear him. ‘Tell her to call Verizon we don’t have time for this’. By far not Josh’s fault things happen but not impressed w manager’s attitude . Switched from Kelleher to Gilman. Plan is to switch back. Will take 9 days for Verizon to come out to my house

This is the second time Joshua has been to my home, although this time for a completely unrelated plumbing issue. He arrived on time and took the time to thoroughly understand the issues I was experiencing. He conducted a careful assessment and provided clear, professional advice. Once we agreed on a plan, he worked efficiently and accurately, resolving the problem. Throughout the process, he was professional, courteous, and left everything clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I would welcome him back into my home should any further plumbing issues arise.

Technician Hector was very knowledgeable about hvac system. This is the company you want to call for a complete inspection. I will be suggesting Gilman to others as a go to for heating and ac problems. Don’t waste time with another estimate, these guys are on the level.

Previously good experience with them replacing my HVAC with something that made sense for my home and didnt try to oversell me on a 2 stage.

Yalls plumbing division is just as good as the Heating&Air. Chris did a wonderful job today fixing our toilet here at the church. He solve the problem quickly and explained everything that had to be done. Once again Gilman Heating&Air & Plumbing are the best.

My heat failed on a very cold night. I contacted Gilman at 8 am the following morning. They informed me a technician would be at my home between 3 and 5 PM that same day. James Trueheart arrived during the promised arrival time. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly and did a great job getting the problem solved in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with Gilman and especially with James.

Chris Doggett did a perfect job. The gilman office and all the employees were professional and on time as always. Gilman will always be my first choice to for plumbing, heating cooling and electrical.

Had work done at my job by Gilman, them came out within a reasonable time. Our tech Christopher was on time and got right on the job. Got the work done in a decent amount of time for a good price. Always recommend Gilman to all friends and family as they always do such great work!

I was very pleased with the timeliness & professional service I received from Cody. The price was reasonable & within two days of contacting Gilman, our heat pump was repaired & back to working normally.

He was very polite. He educated us about our system. He did a great job cleaning our system. We are really pleased with Gilman and would definitely recommend!

We use Gilman heating cooling and plumbing for both HVAC & plumbing. We have their plumbing maintenance plan. I highly recommend the plumbing maintenance because the discounts were a perk today. Joshua was efficient, did a great job explaining everything and cleaned up well behind himself. His kind demeanor was even felt by my old anxious dog which I took note of & I appreciated!

My technician name was Christopher. He did a fabulous job. My water wasn't on for a certain amount of days, and he came in, him and a trainee, and they solved the problem. Now we have water. We are very appreciative. I suggest that if you have a plumbing problem, call Gilman. I'm glad I did.

I called Gilman when another plumber I used for previous jobs could not find the source of a leak. The technician, Josh, quickly found the leak and resolved the issue completely. He made sure I understood and asked multiple times if I had any questions. Some time later I got a call from the office making sure I had no further issues. The previous plumber I used has never called to check in when I’ve spent thousands of dollars. I really appreciate Gilman calling after such a small job & the work Josh did and will be using them in the future!

The Best mechanic in Virginia I've met. He is very professional, honest and give you the real truth on your vehicle situation. I trust him and will continue to use his services when neeeded.
