Have always had a good experience with Howell’s H&A, from the staff who take calls and arrange appointments to the technicians, and Tim was no exception. Nice, on time, efficient, and he shut off the light and secured the door to the attic before leaving.

We’ve used Howells for over 20 years and have always been satisfied with their service. They respond quickly when there is a problem, and their technicians are excellent.
Gabriel came today to perform our six month Comfort Club maintenance. He showed up on time, was very pleasant, and was very thorough. He also made friends with my dog, as well. He checked the entire system to insure everything was working properly. I was very satisfied with the inspection.
I will continue using Howell’s for my heating and air conditioning needs and highly recommend them.

Mark was incredible. Professional and personable. He helped me understand any outstanding issues I had with my system and educated me on why they mattered. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Carrington did a tremendous job! He was here in less than an hour after our initial request for service & easily fixed the issue with our heater. We have heat now! He also did an excellent job of explaining what went wrong. We’re very happy (and warm)!

After 25 years with Howell's, we will NO LONGER use them after they misrepresented the cost of an expensive repair and would not own up to what was their fault. In fact, manager did not even call us to discuss the problem. Obviously their long term customers mean nothing to then.

Matt Banton is our service technician and he always does a great job.

Routine maintenance keeps our unit running well. They always let us know of any concerns upfront. Very courteous when they are in our home. Also great service from the ladies in the office!

Rodney was excellent! Arrived on time, was courteous and friendly. He described how he would proceed and explained his findings and a preliminary cost estimate after inspecting each unit. He was exactly right in every case as proved after each unit was placed back in service. We are very pleased, would certainly ask Howell again if needed and, also, recommend you to friends and neighbors.

Matt is awesome, he did my maintenance/checkup of my furnace and recommended that I need to have BVent on hot water heater needed replacement. I made the appointment, Matt was there less than 1 hour, did a great job and now I have no fear of carbon monoxide escaping through the original vent that was showing rust!!! Thanks for taking care of my maintenance needs, you’re the BEST!!!!

Mr. Kenney did a great job with our initial consultation and service call. He actually helped us get the heat back on temporarily while repairs are made. Can’t thank him and Howell’s enough. Great service and company.

Not only did Howell’s get us a technician to come by the day I reached out (with other places estimating 7-10 days before they could get someone out) but Mr Marshpund, the technician, was able to resolve the problem extremely quickly. He was kind, helpful and professional and we will absolutely continue to work with this company. Highly recommend

I’ve had nothing but great experience with Howell’s. Very grateful to my friend who recommended them. Customer for 8 years. Great service and used them to do a complete replacement of our downstairs HVAC system. Warranty service is great. They proactively call for maintenance schedules. They answer the phone on Sunday. Every technician has been very professional.

A few weeks ago Matt came out, diagnosed the issue with my ac and fixed it promptly. He was very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. This morning I had no cooling and they sent Mark, also very courteous ,professional and very knowledgeable. Thank goodness he was able to come out the same day. Well it turned out it was just a tripped breaker, wow was I embarrassed 😆 He explained why it happened and what to look for next time. Thank you Howells for having such awesome technicians.

Excellent customer service and the HVAC technicians are top notch. Highly recommend!

Matt, out technician, was outstanding. Prompt, professional and clear with explanation. He had our AC up and running in less than 24 hours. Techs like this restore my faith in customer service. Howell's is lucky to have him repping.

I should probably wait until I have to use my heat a few times before I leave a review but I am going to go ahead and do so because I’m so pleased with the service that I just received from C. L. Kenny, who is an expert for Howell’s Heating and Air. This is the second time he’s been to my property and he pinpointed the problem and was strategic and thought outside the box to to fix it. He was extremely professional and kind, which is just so amazing these days. I do not usually take the time to write a review, but when I am this satisfied and pleased spending hard money and doing that adulting thing I feel it’s only fair to try and pay it forward by recommending this company and particularly CL! Cannot say enough about the professionalism and expertise! He had an associate with him named Cody, who was superb as well.

I've been a customer of Howells for years, and keep coming back because of great pricing, quick appointments either urgent or normal service, and great customer service by all the technicians, the last few times, our tech was Kodi. Very happy customer!

The service has been consistently been the very best from Mark (stars!).

I can always count on Howells to help me out. They are on time, communication is excellent, their techs are professional, courteous and careful with my home. This recent encounter occurred as my AC stopped working. Tim Pace showed up to work on our unit. He was awesome. Unfortunately, the unit is old. Bryce Winston came the next day to give us 3 price estimates for a new unit. He also returned with a temporary unit so we can cool down our bedroom. I’ve been with Howells for years and highly recommend them.

We called Howell's when our heat went out. Should have been our first call, but very glad we DID. They sent someone the same morning we called. Our tech was Mark. He did an AWESOME job explaining what the issue was and what the repair would entail. He even had the part on his truck. Two hours later and the work was done. Super satisfied with the service and the provider!

Matt came out and got my heat back up and running. He was also great about explaining what was going on with my heating and what the source of the issue was. He was great to work with and I highly recommend Matt's work. He provided great technical service and excellent customer service!
