Heat went out right before the storm. Curtis came out quickly. He was very professional and courteous. He called as soon as a spot opened in his schedule and serviced the HVAC quickly getting the heat going. Howell has delivered great service again.

This was a business to business… After hiring Howell’s. They took no time to get this job done, went into the clients house and completely cleaned out all the burners and changed out the parts that was needed. They were super fast, punctual. And frankly, a stress reliever… If you have an oil furnace and you’re not getting nowhere fast, please give them a call. I would definitely say they’re one of the best.

Marc came and did an excellent job, I love that they were able to come same day due to change in scheduling. He was very professional and explained things very well to me. I will definitely be going to Howells from now on for all my HVAC needs.

Howell’s was a pleasure to work with. Bryce was our sales representative in having a mini split unit installed in a new space. He was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Howell’s was great about communicating. They always took time to take calls and answer questions. All of the staff we worked with were polite and professional. Good experience.

We recently had dryer duct serviced after noticing the dryer was taking longer than expected. We call Howell’s Heating and Air. The service technician Mark Vella, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He spent a considerable amount of time working on cleaning the ducts. Upon completion he presented his results, a large clear plastic bag with a telltale sign of what could have been a major problem. We are so grateful for his service, and the company Howell’s.

Howell s technician Tim showed up promptly, diagnose the problem quickly, it made the necessary corrections where my system is up and running again. Thom will tell if this holds, but I think he did get to the bottom of it where all the technicians with all the companies did not. I am very happy with the service.

Won’t show up and do the service they’re supposed to. No word on what’s needed to be fixed or what solutions there are. Horrible company and lady on phone is rude

I’ve called multiple times asking for heat and they’ve done nothing but come here and not fix anything or give me an update or fix the issue but instead just wasting two months of back and forth and no follow ups this is ridiculous and lady on phone is rude I wouldn’t recommend this company or anything until they fix the issue which seems impossible to them. Very disappointed with how this company operates. It’s very cold and they’re treating it like everything is normal
