Mike was professional, personable, knowledgeable and responsive to my request for help. He diagnosed and corrected the problem very quickly and efficiently! The price was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend his services!!!

Mike was amazing! I have had 2 other HVAC companies that came to fix this unit in the last two years and didn’t fix it and I felt like I had been robbed by each of these different companies. Neither of them will I ever call again. You have a customer for life and I will highly recommend you. Great to see there is an efficient and affordable company with respectful employees. Thank you

Mike, Nancy and crew were spectacular! Excellent quote, service, clean, efficient and transparent when working in these old buildings. Has saved my business from struggling thru the heatwaves. Cant say enough great things. Will use again! Highly recommend. They installed a mini split into a second floor building having to get around multiple obstacles. Much appreciated

Chris was the ultimate professional. He fixed our problem; explained in detail what he had done. All of this was done with a pleasant attitude and enthusiasm.

I bought my house early last year, and had a lot of issues with the hvac unit and insulation. This company has been my go-to this entire time, and I have no intention of changing companies. Mike Desper is the man. He is timely, informative, and honest. I believe that he takes pride in his work, which I appreciate. Plus, he’s just an all around cool guy. I usually find it so awkward when people do work in my home, but Mike is like a homie. TCMS has earned 5 stars for sure, based on my experience.

The heat went out in my rental house on an extra cold Sunday in January. Johnathan was out there in a couple hours to get it fixed and the tenants warm!

Joe was on the job early. It was a plumbing problem with a commode
Joe did the repairs and left the area cleaner than he found it. Will definitely use him again

Gary provided excellent information on what our unit needed. What makes this so valuable as a customer he made recommendations that were understandable.

Mike and Travis did an excellent job installing our ecobee thermostat. I wasn't able to do this myself because our old house has some unique wiring issues. They effectively searched and followed the various interconnected systems to accurately plot out the crazy configuration that someone else previously installed. They were able to complete the job for a very reasonable rate despite the amount of effort they had to invest in the job. I would certainly use them again!

TCMS has been a wonderful partner of ours this year. We’ve had many times where I needed a vendor to rely on and the team at TCMS provided swift response, continuous communication and excellent results. James recently came to help with a plumbing issue at our community and gladly helped me understand the process needed to complete the work. I know that I can rely on him and everyone else at TCMS with any needed work at our community!

Your willingness to take the time out of your day to assist someone in need meant more than I can express. It’s reassuring to know there are still people who show such generosity and care for others. Have to say the company got here the same day I called but after the service man got here he pretended to look at my cooler gave me all this gobbledygook about they don't make the freon that goes in my cooler and that my system wasn't worth fixing or it was going to cost way too much to fix so that I would just tell them to go ahead and leave had a second company come out the next day they fixed it for less than half the price than this company very unhappy with my service call and talk to the service manager Wayne and all he said was I'm sorry you're not happy with our service I will never use temperature control again for anything. And when you get your bill they charge you a fuel charge of $25 on top of their service call fee

The driver of your company vehicle is currently on 288 trying to pretty much drive people off of the road. Riding their bumpers when there is literally nowhere to go and cars in front of cars. He’s a terrible representative of your brand.
