Nathan was on time, courteous and finished the job quickly. He also answered my questions about water quality and tested samples from my faucet (I have a well).

Dave and Ryan came out, removed the old cast iron pipe in my crawl space, and completed the job the same day. Chris Wilson and his apprentice arrived right on time and were very thorough and careful in figuring out the plumbing issues and honest in giving me options for fixing a break in my main sewer pipe. They were very efficient in fixing the main and it turned out to be less involved than they thought so they reduced the price! Who does that anymore! I would definitely call Chris Wilson at Vern's first to get any plumbing done.

Called around multiple plumbers for a leaking main water line sleeve anytime it rained significantly outside. All plumbers came out and offered various suggestions, but only Vern's Plumbing was completely transparent about our issue and the potential solutions. Chris came out to dig up and replace the sleeve, as well as some minor interior plumbing installation to go along with it. Only picture of the new interior plumbing. Entire repair took a few hours and was a reasonable price for the labor and parts involved - did not feel like I was paying too much considering the work that needed to be done. Now that we have gone through multiple heavy rain storms with no leaks, I can confidently say I am happy with the work! Will definitely be going with Vern's again and will be requesting Chris for any future plumbing needs!

This is my second time using Vern's. They provide great service and are excellent communicators. The technician, Chris, serviced my rental property and called/texted me with updates throughout the work and provided my tenants with the information they needed.

So thankful for Vern’s plumbing. Had a potential gas leak under our stove. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Ryan showed up timely, was super courteous and explained everything completely. This was our first experience with Vern’s but it won’t be our last!

Vern's plumbing did a major residential plumbing job for us retrofitting a whole house plumbing system for a 2 bed / 2.5 bath dwelling into an unfinished building. It was a complex job and Vern and his crew (led by Butch) worked with us to get it done just right. We are thrilled with the job and certainly recommend them. The attached pictures show a selection of rough-in and completed pictures of the plumbing work that Vern's Plumbing did. They also added a whole house water filter system and ultraviolet water system.

Chris was professional, polite and informative and replaced our outdoor water valve while also installing an access door inside to simplify any future need for repairs. Our entire experience with Vern’s Plumbing from first contact to completion was wonderful. We will be using them again.

Contacted Vern's Plumbing for an ongoing issue with a battery backup sump pump. Chris arrived on time and was very thorough in attempting to isolate the issue and tested all parts of the system. Overall a happy customer!

Follow-up visit to replace a defective battery backup controller. Chris returned again and was on time and completed the replacement of the unit that was under factory warranty. Chris and his partner knocked it out without issue. I definitely recommend contacting Vern's Plumbing as they stand behind their work.

Ryan has been out to our house twice and provided great service. He’s been patient and informative for this city person relocating to the country. Vern’s has fair pricing, a little better than competitors but their staff appear to be more knowledgeable about well water systems. Will use again.

I called this company for a small plumbing issue after running into trouble replacing a bathtub spout myself. I also asked about replacing two bathtub drain stoppers. I already had the replacement parts and just needed professional installation.

I was quoted $1,200 for the work, with one hour billed for each drain stopper and 45 minutes for the spout—effectively over $430 per hour. Based on typical repair times, this seemed excessive, so I declined the work. I did offer to pay a service call fee, but the technicians declined payment.

I would not recommend this company unless cost is not a concern.

Vern's plumbing is the best company to work with. They have an exceptional staff in office and at work site. Chis and Nathan are excellent at plumbing issues. Their skills are beyond the normal of any plumbers we have had. The are efficient with their work and leave our place organized and clean. We also appreciated Matt's expert advise on how to keep our products in good running condition. Matt was very respectful and kind. These 3 men are an asset to your company.
The membership we purchased is well worth the small price--one of the best in market.

Called Vern’s due to a leaky tub pull handle. Ryan was dispatched same day and took care of the issue, explaining everything along the way. He then listened to some of my other concerns and gave me several options for resolving those. Got a follow up call from Maya making sure we were happy which was a great surprise. Good customer service, great follow up and reasonable pricing. I’ll definitely be using them again in the near future!
