I put off repairing our former Aqua therm system because I had been told repeatedly that it could not be converted to a traditional HVAC system. Mission Air not only converted it to a more energy efficient HVAC system, but completed the job in three days. The staff was friendly, available to answer questions, consulted me before altering any existing landscape and made sure that we understood how the thermostats worked and could be programmed. I was really pleased with how easy this process was and how respectful and considerate the staff was.

Had to get my furnace replaced, and I'm very glad I called MissionAir. Everyone I talked to was very kind and helpful. They also have some helpful financing options.

Highly recommend!! Luke is the best! It was an after hours call and he arrived within an hour. He didn't have the part, but managed to get my HVAC working enough to cool it down. He came back the next morning with the part and had it working within a few hours. He was very professional and explained the process in detail. Thank you, Luke!

Over the past few years, Mission Air has helped us fix some major issues caused by our previous HVAC company. They've been super helpful with recommending reasonable solutions to help our HVAC system run smoothly and we are excited to work with them.

I am writing this review based on the work done at our church. You do not want this company doing any work if you want professional work or ethical business practices. We needed some work done on our oil fired burner. I grew up in a house with an oil burner so I knew more about fixing the burner than the technician they sent out the first time. He determined that the ignition transformer was bad after I told him how to check it. He said he would order one and come back and put it on. Well he did and he ordered the wrong one so there was no way to attach it to the burner and he literally taped it to the burner (see photos). I could get the CORRECT transformer myself for $72. When we got the bill, the transformer was $426 plus an $84 acquisition fee. I'm in business myself, so I'm all for making a profit, but 600% is ridiculous plus a made up fee of $84 and the wrong part installed for a total of $825. I called and talked to the owner. The warehouse had the correct part the whole time. Why the first guy put the wrong part on is still questionable. He said we shouldn't have been charged the $84 acquisition fee, but never would say what that was even though I asked. They came back and installed the right transformer and dropped the $84 fee. He told me the part cost him $120. He obviously buys his parts from the wrong place. I questioned about his 600% markup on parts and he seems to not having a problem sticking it to his customers. We were looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to doing our preventative maintenance and all of our service. It won't be this one.

Luke and Ross where excellent, they tried to come twice and showed up though the snow and ice to get my heat back on as it was 38⁰ In my home. I couldn't ask for better service and I will be using them for maintenance all year round

In the middle of snowmageddon, we called Mission Air because our heater shut down and the thermostat was blank. They were there within the hour and fixed the problem on a Saturday evening. Could not have asked for quicker and kinder response, both from the technician and from the lady who answered the phone. Can not recommend them more highly!!! 6 stars.

A few weeks ago I had a concern with the service. Mission air was quick to respond and came back to my house to correct the problem. They were wonderful and fully understand that the customer comes first. Great job Mission air and in particular, technician Ross.

Mission Air did a fabulous job installing our new heat pump/air handler system under trying conditions. Luke and his team were courteous, professional and very engaging while enduring the nearly 100F temps outside and in our attic. We have used Mission Air before and this install sealed the deal for Mission Air as our "Go To" for anything HVAC. Thank you, Les and Trish

Luke and his team were amazing! I had another company out there at the same time cleaning the ductwork and they made sure everything was done that needed to be done and in a way that did not damage the new system. Luke went above and beyond his scope to make sure my home was taken care of

Jonathan came out to do a check up on our furnace and he was great to work with. He let us know exactly what he was going to do and then went over what he was checking as the system was running. Will definitely being using Mission again for our HVAC needs.

Cannot say enough about this company. They came through for us in a pinch when my wife and babies were home without heat. Super friendly people that treat you like family and do everything in their power to get you taken care of.

A huge thank you to Ross. We had been without heat for 5 days during a snowstorm. We called out a different big name HVAC company on Saturday. They made no attempt to fix the unit and tried to sell us a new unit. I called Mission Air and they came on Tuesday after the insane snow storm making a huge effort to get to our house, which was incredibly appreciated. Ross was on a mission to get us heat and walked me through everything at every step of the way and was transparent and genuinely could tell he cared about his customers and wanted to recommend the best thing for them. He went out and got us new parts that same day and now our home has never been warmer. We will be using Mission Air for now on for any issues we have with our heating and cooling systems. Ross, truly, you rock.

The first person that came was Dan! He was outstanding! Immediately found the issue and called to take care of the service! Highly recommended!! Tom was the person who came out to fix the issue with the water tank and he was amazing to work with!! He is the only person who called me back after hours twice!! The only reason this company got my business was because of the fast response time and them caring enough to call me back after hours! Thank you so much!!!

Needed a new furnace and some duct replacement. Very good prices. Luke and the guys did great work and answered all the questions I had. They were able to send a team with enough people to complete a considerable amount of work in 1 day. Scheduler was very helpful. Initial tech was very knowledgeable as well. First time with Mission but would work with them again instead of a lot of the other big companies in the area.

Mission Air has completely earned our trust and loyalty!

Our first experience with Mission Air was excellent. They replaced our downstairs HVAC unit. We were so impressed with the quality of the product and the quality of the technicians, especially Luke who oversaw the project.

Then, when our upstairs unit (original to the house) died the evening before a major winter storm, we submitted a request for service, hoping to be high on their list for after-storm repairs.

Instead, we had a phone call in 10 minutes, and Luke was at our house about 10 minutes after that. He was so professional and kind, and he diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly. We could not believe the quick service, and we were so grateful not to be stuck without heat!

I contacted Mission Air for an emergency HVAC /heating system repair upon returning home last evening to a house that was 49 degrees after being away for a couple days. It was forecasted to drop to 28 and the temperature in the house would as well…and I was very worried about the water pipes with no other source of heat in the house. I Googled and upon reading Mission’s reviews and seeing their 4.9 rating, called them. A tech, Luke, contacted me within minutes and was at my home within a couple hours. This was after hours on a Saturday night! Luke was beyond courteous, polite, and informative. Within 1.5 hr he had the issue diagnosed, problem resolved and heat back on!! Luke was respectful of the property and my dog. He was very patient in answering all my questions, as well. He also kindly pointed out a couple additional items I might want to keep eye on & address in the future. I was so impressed with Mission’s reviews and Luke’s responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge…as well as his tenure and review of his own company…that I signed up for an HVAC maintenance plan with Mission while he was onsite.
Luke’s level of professionalism, work ethic, & obvious values are hard to find in technicians these days. I will be happy to refer any local friends and family to Mission for needs. Great response time, customer service, highly competent, & reasonable pricing. 5 Star all around!!
