I honestly can’t say enough about Thornton Services! They are very responsive to every call I’ve made and the time of day is never an issue! They are always there when I need them. Kathy is amazing to work with and Edgar goes above and beyond to help! Honestly I don’t know what I would do without them! Every single one of the staff is amazing, friendly and helpful! Thanks so much guys!!

I am pleased with using Thornton Services for yearly maintenace of my oil boiler furnace and Air conditioner units. Easy to order service by phone , they send reminder the day before and call when they are on the way to the house. They do their work and leave work area cleaned up. The servicemen are pleasant to deal with and They seem to be knowledgeable . This is the second year I have used this service and I had no problems after they did their maintenance last year. I switched to this service as My neighbor recommended them after I had bad experience with another firm. I am a happy customer of Thornton Services.

Christian, with Thornton HVAC services, performed preventive maintenance on my 2 heat pumps today. He was prompt/early, professional, personable, and efficient. I have been quite pleased with the service provided by all of Thornton’s staff. I subscribe to their maintenance program - if I’ve had a problem with any system, they have sent someone within 24 hrs. I highly recommend Thornton.

Excellent service as always! Someone answered my call immediately and she was very kind. Ron and his partner came within 15 minutes and repaired the problem in a very short time. I'm so happy l chose Thornton for my new heat pump. You all go above and beyond to provide superb service every time!

My wife is ill and cannot leave the house. Our central air was not blowing cold air so we called Thornton. A technician came out on a medical emergency and had us up and running within 2 hours of our call. We are so grateful for the quick response and quality service. We are now “chillin” in our home again.

I have used Thornton Services for several years now. The first HVAC service I used in the area was terrible and probably closer to a fraudster than a tech. So glad to have found Thornton. All of their employees are courteous and professional. Top notch!

Setting up my service appointments is always easy and the staff warm and professional. The service experts arrive on time, diagnose if there are or are not any issues with my mini splits, and complete whatever needs to be done. They service experts are easy to communicate with and always well mannered.

Edgar was the tech who came to the house and he was very communicative, letting us know his scheduled time of arrival. He explained the issues and was able to fix the AC and give us options for next steps. We know with Thornton that our HVAC issues will be handled quickly and fairly.

This is the third year I have had Thornton perform maintenance on my mini splits. They take their time, are thorough and personable on top of their expertise.

Thornton Services Inc is always an absolute pleasure to work with. From the office staff to the technicians they provide outstanding customer service. I had a routine maintenance scheduled and the night before our appointment our AC stopped working during a terrible heatwave. The technician was so kind and understanding upon arrival when I explained what happened, working quickly to diagnose the problem and repair it. Then completed his scheduled maintenance work! They are fast and efficient to get repairs done! I highly recommend using them for all of your HVAC needs!

The technicians were professional and Worked diligently throughout the day. I had 5 units And they actually took the time to explain each of them to me. I can go to bed tonight with peace of mind.

Thornton Services diagnosed a static pressure problem in the return ductwork. They sent a crew out to fix the problem, modifying the return system. They were quite competent and I’m very satisfied with their work and cost.
