The technician came in the afternoon, after I called in the morning. He worked hard for hours in the hot attic, found the problem, and fixed it. He was very polite and professional. We have enjoyed Thornton’s equipment and service for years.

Jessica from the office knew exactly what was wrong with my system by what I described. Said that the technician would have the part on the truck. The service technician was wonderful....knew exactly what was going on and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes!!

Very professional - customer notified the previous day, as the tech is leaving his home base and then a phone call from the tech before he arrives. The tech is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction.

on one of the hottest days we have had this year our AC went out quickly reaching 79. Called snd asked for help and in no time a tech arrived. He quickly diagnosed the issue and within a few minutes our AC was working again.. in fact we usually keep it on 74 and moved it to 76 once it cooled us down. When my downstairs unit quit the day before relatives were arriving for a multiday visit, Thornton Services were at my place fixed the problem quickly hours before the guests arrived. This service has been repeated over the years that I have been with

Technicians are personable and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, left the workspace as clean as they found it, and checked in to make sure I was satisfied before leaving. The cost was fair and reasonable for the work completed. I would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

This IS excellent customer service, are courteous, listen, and understand purpose of doing business and serving others. Every interaction either on the telephone or in person has been wonderful! They are patient, explain what have diagnosed problem to be, check in with customer step by step and notify you of the of potential charge. Although this may not be an area of expertise or knowledge for me, they never speak down to the customer or belittle them. I am also grateful for the prompt service when air conditioning has quit! He was quick to diagnose the problem but also arrived almost 2 hours earlier than originally quoted. Truly grateful! Definitely give them a call!

They arrived the same day I called with my heart being out. In the end they couldn’t help me because the installer of my system (NOT THEM — lesson learned) put in the electrical all wrong, but they were fair, fast, and professional. I’ll be calling them back once I get a real electrician to fix the wiring. Make them your first choice, someone cheaper will eventually mean you’ll have real professionals over at some point, you might as well skip to the part where the right people do the job the right way.

Caleb was here for our six month HVAC maintenance and was very responsive to our questions and comments, super polite and professional, efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. This our second maintenance visit and we will definitely re-up for the service next year!
