Tree reviews in Belle Haven, Virginia

Didn't have to use them

Wow! They were out at my house today and did an outstanding job! Very professional. I can't say enough about what a great job they did.

Highly Recommend Simpson Tree services Adam and the Guys Do an Awesome Job!! Have used them many times over the years never disappointed !

The crew was on time and professional. Answered all questions and kept us aware of the schedule and progress. Have used them before and will again if needed.

Simpson Tree Services were outstanding! It was a monster tree and Carl, who led the removal, was a true genius. We would highly recommend this company

Would give a 0 if possible. Worst customer Service ever. Lined up tree service a month in advance for February 2024. Totally ignored me and never called me to tell me my date had been moved several weeks to a month. This is after I took off work to come down since it is my rental house. I told the owner Adam, I thought it was bad customer service and unprofessional for the way he handle this situation. Which I had every right to do. HE proceed to call me back use very aggressive and threatening language after I said I was going to leave a bad review. Please don't use this company for any tree services. THIS COMPANY does not value its customers and the owner has no business being a business owner. Typical son running his father's company in a hole.

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Simpson's Tree Service. Adam Simpson met us on our lot and clearly explained how he and his crew would clear our trees, remove the stumps, and grade our lot. He went above and beyond by meeting with my neighbor, who had a concern about a tree with a large limb that had to be removed. Adam was professional, courteous, and friendly. His team was also very professional and meticulous in keeping the street clear of mud and debris. These guys are terrific!

I manage a large HOA on the Eastern Shore, and we contract with Simpson's for all our major tree removal and maintenance. The owner, Adam Simpson, is very responsive to our needs, and the crews that have worked on site have been very knowledgeable and professional. Having used Simpson's here for years, I can attest to their superior service and quality work. I highly recommend Simpson's Tree & Bobcat Service to anyone considering tree work in the area.

The service that I received from Adam and his staff was more than expected. You see my job was not your average tree removal; I came to be introduce to Adam and his company through one of the most heartbreaking of situations, my house had had an electrical fire and was a total loss. Once I called Adam all the concerns about how and when was handled with care and professionalism. He arrived on time. The job was completed in a timely manner with no surprises. All his employees were exceptional even when I made requests on the spot. the requests were all acknowledge and handle like I was their family. I am grateful that Adam answered my call. This is the only company I will use for all my projects in the future.

Adam has done multiple tree jobs on my property. His prices are fair and the work crew has always been professional.

Adam's crew has been to my property many times. He and his crew are exceptional, professional good guys who get the job done right and they knock it out in no time. I am thrilled about the job they did for me today cutting and clearing out dead trees, thorny vines, etc. and bush hogging a large messy area on my property. I just love the view now! I'll remain a repeat customer and highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! We had a lot of tree work done. Adam and his crew were excellent. They go above and beyond to be sure you are happy. They are also very knowledgeable about waterfront buffer requirements for eastern shore, which was a large help to us. Will definitely use them for all our future tree or excavating needs. Thanks to your whole team!!!!
