My defrost panel went bad n Chris had to order a new one n it took a week but he came out that Monday n put it on n didn't take long to do..Chris is a good guy n he explains everything to you n gives his suggestion what to do.thanks chris

Both Chris and Laura are professional, quick & on time. They installed our Mini splits in the upstairs room & provide maintenance on the existing HVAC. No complaints & very satisfied.

Called late on a Friday, around 9:30 pm and they came out that night and by 10:45 we had heat again! My husband and I did not expect them to come out that night so late. We had another company come out earlier the same morning, who fixed our heat and it only worked for 4 hours..if that. We are very pleased with the service offered and will continue to contact R.E.D.S Mechanical in the future. Highly recommend!

Based on a previous experience with REDS and my daughters house, we chose REDS to continue our yearly maintenance of our unit, our daughters and my brothers. We were having heating issues with our HVAC for more than a month. Between service calls, phone calls, techs from 3 different places, I was DONE. Then I was told to call REDS, by a local. Not only were they more than willing to help, they came out on a weekend at the drop of a dime. They showed the most amazing display of kindness that we have encountered since moving to the area. Called today, the lady Laura acted as if she didn’t have time to take my call, was very rude and hung up on me! DON’T RECOMMEND! This place is a circus with a heating/cooling sign.

Fast response even with the hot weather Chris went up in my 140F attic and did the repairs quickly . Very nice and efficient.

Chris came out and installed a split unit in a building I am using as a golf simulator shed. His work is first class and if you are looking for work done the right way, Chris is your man. I would recommend him for any job large or small.
