This is a nice, fun pumpkin patch to take your kids to or even just to pickup some pumpkins. They have pony rides that the kids enjoyed, but not a lot of other activities like some other places we’ve been around the area. Prices for other items their are above average.

Great selection. Staff were attentive and helpful. Cat in greenhouse also friendly. Most prices are very reasonable. Will return!

Kids had a blast. A lot included with the ticket price including the tractor ride. Had a little issue with the bees while trying to eat, but that's nature for ya.

Beautiful nursery with so many options

Misti is an unbelievable resource. She's the horticulturist and is incredibly knowledgeable about everything. She can bring dead plants back to life :) There's no problem she can't help with. She is patient and courteous. She puts the leaves - literally - under her microscope and can diagnose any problem and tell you how to fix it. She could charge a bundle for her consulting services and knowledge but it's free. She is a treasure, she really is, been helping me for years.

I had kind of a strange experience coming here as a wheelchair user. The entrance is inaccessible due to big and heavy planters blocking the way for wheelchairs. They said they put the planters there in order to keep people from bringing carts inside. They led me to a back entrance that was an unusually big detour, especially when just trying to casually shop and relax. When I explained that I thought their system was a little off to one of the cashiers, she did not seem very nice or understanding. The rows of shelves holding the plants were also inaccessible for wheelchair users and I found that irritating when trying to access plants and shop with my friends. Several employees were really sweet and friendly and eventually one of them could tell I was frustrated and shifted the big planter so I could get in and out easier. I appreciated that very much & think that could be a much better solution for when wheelchair users visit in the future. The plants we bought are beautiful but in the future, I will definitely visit a different nursery unless I hear that some changes have been made!

DON'T BRING YOUR DOG...
I gotta give the Burke Nursery 4 stars for their Halloween Haunt.
They have always been such a fun place to go for kids, and this past year I saw that they had a picture of a dog at their Halloween Haunt so I called twice (just to make sure) before I drove my pup the 40 minutes to the nursery. We just wanted to walk around and take pictures. The gentleman on the phone said that if the dog was leashed- we would be allowed in.
Drove up and had a lady there who was more than rude when she told us dogs weren't allowed. She wouldn't even listen to the fact that we were told 2x that it was okay and that they had a picture on their website of a dog in the Halloween Haunt area.
I am fine that there could have been a misunderstanding- but be kind about it. I wouldn't have brought my dog the 40 minutes if I hadn't already been given the go ahead. Some tact would have been nice.
So here is the Halloween Haunt from the OUTSIDE and here is a sad pup who just wanted to sniff some pumpkins... -
I had a fantastic experience thanks to Victor’s excellent customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and professional. Thank you, Victor!”

Really enjoyed our first visit to Burke nursery today! We purchased zuchinni bread, pineapple salsa, jalapeños jam, apple cider and spinach dip mix…I am happy to say my son and I came home and loved all of our delicious goodies! I will definitely be back next weekend for more salsa (my son finished over half the jar already) and apple cider not to mention the amazing free outside play area they have. ❤️ we enjoyed about an hour of play and photo taking with their fall decorations and pumpkin setups along with a pony ride. The man behind the counter was very helpful in answering my questions and giving his option.

They have a 7 day return policy for a credit card return but no Manager to give you the refund. We came back in less than 24 hours to return a pump. They told us when we bought it, there would be no problem. Whe we went in on a Saturday, there was no manager to do a return. We must come when one is there. If I could give zero stars, I would. They have very poor customer service.

Old, well-loved nursery with a wide variety of seasonal offerings with a very helpful staff. Bought lots of bedding plants for spring planting. Gives 10% senior discount always. Prices are a bit higher than large stores, but the variety is unbeatable. Has a small greenhouse stocked with a variety of indoor plants. Nice for gifts. We've had all our yard trees planted by them and landscaping done also.

We have been going to this nursery for years. We purchased hybrid bush trees many many years ago. I know that sounds weird but they were beautiful and we love them. This Nursery has so many options and it is so well maintained. They have the nicest staff who are always willing to help you out. They have plenty of parking, handicap parking, it is handicapped accessible, they have bathrooms on the premises, they have a house cat in the store who is so friendly, and it's just a great experience for everyone. I would absolutely recommend!

Spoke on the phone with Raychel and she went above and beyond to help me out with finding the exact plant I wanted when many other nursery’s in the area just said they weren’t sure. Great service and great quality plants
