Roofing & Gutters reviews in Burke, Virginia

Cindy and here crews have taken care of several issues. Came very quickly to inspect damage from a fallen tree, gave great advice and we wound up only needing to repair one shingle. The honest advice, and kind gutter cleaning were amazing. I love that it is a woman owned business .Cindy has been doing roofs a long time and knows her craft.

Absolutely thrilled with the work Isabel and Carlos completed at my home installing a new gutter downspout extension and replacing my chimney flashing. They were both super knowledgeable, thorough, professional, honest, and really blew me away with their exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to take care of all my concerns. This is not always the experience you get with companies/contractors in this area.

Thank you American Cowboy Roofing team for a wonderful experience - I couldn’t be more satisfied!

I have no idea where all of these great reviews come from. We needed to replace a sunroom roof and a young lady and man came out to inspect and we received a proposal for a fixed price.

After several delays the same two started the project. I immediately noticed they were not working but a few hours and taking extended lunches and then leaving early. They also were leaving a mess.

I called and spoke to the owner Cindy and she was horrified. She said it was her best crew and had been with her for years. The job is finished and I am also not satisfied with a shortcut they took.

The lady did almost no work - would sit in the truck w heater on. It was a fixed price but I think it was a 2 day job that took 5 days of short hours and 1 person working.

The owner provides no supervision. If you make the mistake of using them - get quotes and ask if there will be supervision.
