The technician initially came same day, quickly diagnosed problem, and completed needed repair a few days later after quickly receiving needed part. We will definitely call them again for our appliance repair needs and recommend them to others!!

Came to fix my freezer that has been acting up (on and off) for the past few months. He came the same day repaired it for a reasonable price and 90 warranty. Another issue occurred 2 weeks later and he came back to fix the new problem under the warranty as it was related. Very kind, professional, timely and great communication. Definitely my go to for all future needs!

We called in the morning about a problem with the water dispenser in the refrigerator, and the repairman arrived 3 hours later. He took care to avoid damage to the floor when he pulled the refrigerator from the wall. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it with a part he had on his truck. I would use him again.

Muhammad is more than deserving to be your go-to repair service. We had a leaky washing machine. After texting M with the details, we agreed on a day. I texted him the morning of and he promptly replied and arrived when he said he would. During the entire process he communicated what he was seeing & doing (transparent). In the end my machine required a new gasket, which I already knew was going to be a laborious replacement. I think the rate be charged was adequate for what was required, and it was a two-person job. Overall I’d trust Muhammad in the future and recommend him for your repair needs.

Was able to come a day earlier than scheduled to fix our dryer. Took extra care to vacuum all the lint trapped behind the front panel of the dryer, though this was not the reason for the call. Our dryer was not heating. Mohammad was able to fix the problem.

Our dryer was acting up, making a racket, but still working. I called Capital Appliance Repair, and Ali answered the call. He came over on a Saturday and figured out what was wrong in about 10 minutes. He ordered the parts and came back the next Friday to fix it. He even replaced the washer seal. Capital Appliance Repair Service is the perfect company to call for service to any appliance. Mohammed is extremely knowledgable, professional and goes out of his way to deliver his best service at a reasonable price. I called him at like 1:00 and he was at my house within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my oven and ordered the part. He returned today despite several inches of snow on the ground (most other businesses were closed today) and he completed the repair.

Mr. Ali, very professional and on time diagnosed and determined the problem very efficiently. Stated needed two parts explained the purpose of the parts. Ali came to my house about an hour after we first called. It took him maybe an hour to repair our refrigerator. He was prompt, courteous, and mindful of our needs. Best of all, our refrigerator is working again! He even texted me the day after to make sure the refrigerator was working properly. I appreciate that kind of follow up.

Mohammad is the best around. I had an emergency repair on a Sunday and he responded to my text and not only showed up the next day but brought with him the parts he thought would be needed to make the repair.
He is a quick study of the problem and diagnosis the solution very quickly. I’ve had other technicians come in and replace parts guessing what the problem was which in the end cost me $$$$’s. I can’t stress enough how important it is to have the experience to solve your problem without wasting time and money.
