They were able to schedule a convenient appointment, they arrived as expected, did furnace inspection and all was at the price they quoted. Imagine a service provider showing up when they say they are going to, do what they say they are going to do and for how much they say they were going to do!!

If you have an A/C or Heating problem you should call Residential Systems. They were extremely pleasant on the phone and took care of my issues very quickly. All the technicians were very pleasant and helpful explaining what was wrong and what they did.

Great experience. Warranty company sent them out so we expected the worst but the service and professionalism was stellar. Of course they did what the warranty company made them do ,the absolute minimum, but at least we knew it was done right. We will keep them in mind for our next service even when we cancel our home warranty

The experience I had with Residential Systems was just fantastic. The A/C tech "Chris" who came out and did the work was very professional, friendly and just very approachable whenever I had a question. You could really tell he knew what he was doing analyzing and working on our non- functioning condenser issue.This was not a simple fix on a failed unit but Chris performed the work in an efficient manor with a step-by-step diagnosis of our failed condenser. He basically got the cool air flowing in the house again with the condenser fan running. At the end of the day, which I didn't consider that long and well worth the reasonable price. I would highly recommend anyone in need of Heating and A/C work, to use them.

There aren't too many honest and hard working A/C contractors out there these days, so it was very refreshing working with Residential Systems. Thank you for your prompt, courteous and thorough service.

I was able to create an appointment for the next day. Terry was able to assess the issue quickly and get a motor within 30 min. We had a cool house in no time and for about what I expected to spend on the job. Overall very satisfied.

My experience with RSI was not that of all these "one-star" folks. My AC went out Friday night, I made the claim with my home warranty company (2-10 HBW) on Saturday morning (early) and I received a call to set the appointment two hours later for Monday between 10 am and 2 pm. The technician arrived at 10:45 am, right within the range. It turned out to be a simple fix of adding more freon to charge the system (low refrigerant levels = the A-coil in the furnace freezing up and blocking air flow). RSI knows their business and my technician was the "most recent hire" - 7 years ago! I'm grateful for this experience having read several negative reviews. For what it's worth. I hope your experience is as mine was.

This company is amazing! I would recommend them to anyone and we will use them in the future. Both technicians that were sent out were fantastic! After we bought our home we started having issues with are AC/heating system and the first company that came out never fixed the problem, after 5 times. We were so frustrated and upset about it, but this company made everything so easy. Residential Systems INC fixed the problem right away and had wonderful customer service.

I used this company several times for HVAC issues thru 2-10, never had any problems. most recent service was last Friday, the technician showed up at the beginning of the appointment window, very friendly and knowledgeable. fixed issue right away. getting appointment set up was also easy - Mark called me the day after I submitted the online request. will use it again.

Over the last 7 years in our home, I have called in 3 ac service calls through 2-10 home buyers warranty. By far this was the smoothest and best service call.

I noticed my indoor unit making an unusual rattling, buzzing noise. Requested a service call through 2-10 home warranty. Did have to wait a week for the appointment, but was worth it. Mark called when Rick, the technician was on the way. Showed up as promised. Diagnosed the issue, answered my questions, ordered and replaced parts the same day. Indoor unit back to normal.

I feel most people are calling because their ac is completely not working and of course, on the hottest time of the year. They are already mad and frustrated as it is and when an ac company is called upon and the company is not able to accommodate and address the situation immediately, they get a bad review. You are not the only one with a malfunctioning system. Give the service guys a break, they are hot too. I would definitely request to have RSI come again. Thank you Mark and Rick!

RSI has done my yearly tune ups through warranty company since 2021 without any issues. They’re prompt, professional and all around great people.

We recently had the Residential Systems team come out during this heat wave to help us fix our air conditioning. They are such a fantastic company! They could fit us into their busy schedule and their service techs are always wonderful. We have an annual contract with them and have purchased our units through them as well. We highly recommend using Residential Systems Inc.!

We put in a request after noon on a Sunday (yesterday) and heard back the same day. Dennis arrived within our time slot and quickly identified and fixed the problem. He was professional, friendly, and informative. (Our angel!) Having a 2 year old in the home with no ac during this heat wave was scary, but thanks to this company, and Dennis, we are safely cooling off. Thank you, thank you!

I made a claim on Monday morning with my home warranty company (2-10), and RSI called me within an hour and scheduled service for the next day. I was impressed with their promptness! The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was out in less than an hour. I am very pleased with his service!

The only reason I bumped the rating down is due to the receptionist. Frankly, she was rude. My appointment timeframe was 12p-4p. The tech arrived early at 11am, and I wasn't home. The receptionist called me, argued the timeframe window and literally huffed at me through the phone. If this had been my only interaction with the company, the rating would have been incredibly lower.

This company must never have a customer service person working at their store because they never ever pick up the phone. If you make a claim through your warranty company good luck in getting these guys to call you and make an appointment. You have to call and call them to get them to come out and continually follow up otherwise they will never show up. If you are able to get them to show up they actually get the work done for the most part.

After the initial visit, I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for their reports. The do not have the decency to return any of my calls or to say the will not provide service.

This is the worst AC company I have ever come across. They have not been able to fix our ac for almost a year now. Every time they come they say everything is fixed, after two weeks the AC stops cooling. Today they came and promised they have fixed it and now our ac is not working at all. Do not work with this company. They will constantly screw your system and they have no clue what's going on. They have the worst customer service
