Your technician needs alittle training with his people skills. He never introduced himself, I still don’t know his name when he came to the front door. Installation was fine after we got past him taking the toilet with him. We had to call Lowe’s to get that accomplished.

Over the range GE Microwave oven was installed in a professional and efficient matter and he checked its operation before he left. All cardboard and material was removed and placed old unit in my van, which I took to the Prince William County landfill on Saturday. I should get a refund on the charged disposal fee of $50.00

Had a gas stove installed and the old one hauled away via Lowes. They called and texted when they were on their way, were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Had the new stove in and the old stove out in record time and left no mess. They also explained a few important things about the new stove to ensure I was using it correctly. 10/10

Mega Plumbing installed a dishwasher for us. The technician informed me that he could not install the first dishwasher we purchased because it had been damaged. We cancelled that order and purchased another model. The 2nd Mega tech installed it in good time. Both men did good jobs of removing our old dishwasher and installing our new one. We would highly recommend Mega Plumbing for any installation.

We had a new dishwasher installed. The young men discovered it was damaged We believed we would have to wait a few more days to get it installed. To our surprise they were back in less than an hour with a new dishwasher and it was installed and cleaned up in no time. The gentlemen were nice to work with, and very efficient in there job.

Mega Plumbing did an EXCELLENT JOB installing the new GE Microwave purchased at Lowe's. They were very responsive when the microwave arrived, as the order was on back log due to the winter storm that occurred on January 25th 2026. The installation took no longer than 15 minutes. They were very flexible with the dates and times. We will definitely use Mega Plumbing again for any household installations!!!

I received text updates on the date and time frame of my installation. I received a call before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. They were friendly and professional. They did an excellent job of both taking out my very old dishwasher and replacing it with the new one. They swept up the floor where the old dishwasher was before I got a chance to do it myself. They showed me how to run the dishwasher and where to load dishwasher soap, and even left a sample of both pods and liquids. And they cleaned up after they were done.

Great install was quick and professional! Contracted through Lowe’s for new Dishwasher install in an older house, paid for parts, haul away, delivery and install. Done within an hour and has a 1 year warranty for the work. Texted when they were about 30 minutes out for eta, communicated great about the service. Could have done it ourselves… but offers peace of mind with the warranty and a professional completing it!

We had a "burp" with their first scheduled visit, but I called and the gentleman I spoke with was very kind and understanding. He canceled that visit and rescheduled our installation for the following week. The two men that came were very nice and were considerate of our flooring and such. It was obvious that they knew what to do to remove my old microwave and to install the new one. They cleaned up behind themselves perfectly and removed all the packing debris and such. My husband and I were very impressed by them!
