Your technician needs alittle training with his people skills. He never introduced himself, I still don’t know his name when he came to the front door. Installation was fine after we got past him taking the toilet with him. We had to call Lowe’s to get that accomplished.

Over the range GE Microwave oven was installed in a professional and efficient matter and he checked its operation before he left. All cardboard and material was removed and placed old unit in my van, which I took to the Prince William County landfill on Saturday. I should get a refund on the charged disposal fee of $50.00

Had a gas stove installed and the old one hauled away via Lowes. They called and texted when they were on their way, were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Had the new stove in and the old stove out in record time and left no mess. They also explained a few important things about the new stove to ensure I was using it correctly. 10/10
