Absolutely the best!!! Make 2020 Drain Clean & Plumbing your first call. I contacted 3 other companies to replace my 17 year old tankless water heater. I wanted to replace it with the same brand. Two of them refused and tried to push another brand on me. The other agreed, but the markup of the heater was almost 140% over the list price. I decided to replace it myself. After reading the online manual, I asked the manufacturer for a list of installers. 2020 Drain was on the list. Their estimate was beyond fair. Joshua provided old school service. He was quick, clean, and he neatly installed the heater. Joshua was kind, professional, and knows his craft. I told him he'll be the only plumber I call in the future. I can't say it enough, call them, call them, CALL THEM!!
