Water heater broke at 19 years. Family has used Booze Plumbing for decades, local, reliable. They were down a technician but scrambled to find a partner plumber to fill in and it all worked out well. They could have just told us to call someone else, but helped solve our problem. Thanks

Plumbing work was fine and Booze was very responsive to my plumbing need (sump/sewage pump replacement), but cost was excessive for either replacement pump or labor - undifferentiated on the receipt. I should have requested other estimates before agreeing to this service.

Worse plumbing supply.

I had Booze come out to address two issues. I paid a considerable amount of money. Although it was winter, I had them fix the front outdoor spigot. Come spring time, this spigot leaks HORRIBLY so bad this house doesn’t work. The other issue I had to pay them again to come back out and fix. If they had taken their time the first time, they probably would have realized that the initial fix didn’t work. 0 for 2.
