Called the company, spoke with Mike, he was very professional, send my Omar and he was very professional as well, another technician came and I didn't get his name! he was great and knowledgeable, they fixed my problem and I'm definitely recommend this company .

Mike, Cory, Dean and team were absolutely remarkable at what they do. They took all of my worries and made them theirs. It was such a relief hiring a team of true professionals who take pride in their work (rare quality these days).

I had another plumbing issue on 26Feb2018 so I contacted Doherty plumbing. Spoke with Mike and he dispatched their tech, Richard who arrived in the timeslot given me. Nice guy, knew how to correct the problem and even cleaned up afterwards and discarded the trash. I've used Doherty Plumbing in the past and am pleased with them. Thank you Doherty.

Our sump pump broke and the water was quickly rising. I called Doherty and spoke with Mike who was very helpful. I was able to get same day service to resolve the problem. Our service tech Kenny was very knowledgeable and efficient. Very pleased with Doherty’s service. We will use them again!

James came to our house this morning to install a new dishwasher. He quickly overcame a couple of installation challenges, and got our new dishwasher running in short order. James really did a great job, and he was a superb representative of the Doherty Plumbing Company. We are very happy with the service we received..

A worker turned on a red light while driving without having right of way and almost got me and my passengers hurt or even killed.

Driver of the truck nearly crashed into me on 495 on 10/14. Driving at an excessively high rate of speed and erratically changing lanes, he passed me on the right by the 95 interchange. Proceeded to go speeding up the right lane that was closed onto 395. Unsafe, idiotic driving practices on heavily trafficked roads.

This company was contracted by home depot to hook up our gas line to our new oven on the day our oven was delivered. 6 days and 2 lame excuses later, they finally showed up to perform the service. We waited all day for them on wednesday when the oven came and then again on Saturday, only to be told that they showed up and no one answered the door. Baloney, since our very loud dog barks whenever someone is even close to our house. The inconvenience and lack of responsibility for making things right with us was absolutely intolerable. Then when the guy finally came, he made no mention of his failure to provide service in a timely manner. There's simply no way he came to our door without us knowing. We were eager to have a working oven and had built our day around him coming to hook it up. Once he did come, the whole process took less than 10 minutes, so it made the fact that he'd refused to come the other 2 days that much more infuriating to us. We had paid for the service ahead of time, so the fact that we weren't a priority speaks volumes about the way they do business.

Not a good experience with this outfit. Technician installed the wrong drain line on a kitchen sink, very cheaply done. Lesson learned, this companies technician offered no resolution to the problem and only offers a 100 dollar bet to prove he was right. Terrible customer service experience, I will never call this company again.

What a horrible experience. From the beginning this company set the wrong tone for customer service. First, they showed up at my house without calling me to schedule an appointment, or to let me know they were sitting in my driveway. Second, they were late to their re-scheduled appointment. Lastly, after tearing the tile out of my shower and fixing the faucet, they did not offer a resolution to replacing the tile. When asked if they were going to replace the tile, I was told that a different section of Doherty plumbing was responsible for that portion of the job. All in all using this company was a bad decision and I would caution any other consumers to against hiring them for service.

An employee driving truck number 45 cut me off on a busy road and had no regard for others or safety. It appears it is the same vehicle with other reports of erratic driving in these reviews. This employee needs counseling or termination. This is clearly an ongoing issue that the company is not addressing.
