Came first time (my stove was working mind you only needed outter glass replaced)I ordered the wrong part and charged me $80 on top of the $180 he was charging ok fine that’s cool then he orders the wrong part ok cool no problem then orders the right part it was a little bit more still cool no problem Frank cool guy puts it back together took maybe 30mins good for Frank but when he plugs it back in and turns on the gas my stove no longer works…I tell Frank no problem I will just call Gary or the owner whoever he is I asked what are we gonna be told me I was on my on pretty much go screw myself and this was the only company or people that touched my stove…now granted this could be a misunderstanding because when I told him the problem I thought it was someone else who came the 1st time and not Frank being that my son was there the 1st time and I wasn’t so hopefully Gary will make this right 400 is no small thing I sent him $390 I forgot the $10 I owe them but why pay it when my stove no longer works🤷🏿‍♂️….Gary the stove is not going to work I need my stove working like it was before you guys touched it you coming to take the glass out is doing what???

This company is a joke. They came out and serviced our home and said they would stand before their work. Well here we are not even two months later and they said for them to come out would be an entirely new service call and whole new ticket. It is exactly what they did before and it was not fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you value your home.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! (Window 9a-1p arrives at 10:59a) Comes to my home reads door sign and turns around and walk away never ring doorbell. Gets in his truck and sat l opened the door and he just sat there, l walk out and he pulls off quickly speeding down the street. I called him and he tells me he has no booties and has to go to the office to get booties, I asked so how long before you return and he tells me he has three other jobs he has to do and will get to me end of day. I said, why can't you get booties and return to do the job he said, "l have three other jobs and it will be back tracking and he gives me ANOTHER window 1p to 5p. I explained to him, l have a 2 o'clock vet apptmt. for a sick pup and he tells me in a sarcastic voice that's all l can do. I said who's the owner and he arrogantly said "l am!" So l agreed to a later time. Once l thought about it l canceled... l will not allow no arrogant, self centered UNPROFESSIONAL individual to speak to me in that manner when l'm paying for service. I decided to read his reviews and he responds to customers rudely and he's very defensive, doesn't try to rectify the problem after getting peoples money according to his reviews. He should read the reviews to learn how he can do better and fix the problem. He puts money over pleasing his customers. AHS needs to fire him, he's nothing but rudeness, aggression and arrogance.

Called and explained exactly what was going on with our dishwasher. It was the pump. They send a guy on Monday and he forgot to bring the pump. Said they would cap me back Thursday or Friday. No communication. We have to call and ask when will the tech come out. They schedule between 8-5 on Friday. Tech gets here after 4 PM and had a used pump. Said it was in the wrong box. We do not let him put the pump in. Now it’s after 5 on a holiday weekend and we can’t get in touch with anyone. Wasted an entire week on this company. Stay away!!

Great Customer Service. Called about noisy dryer and they were able to fit me in almost immediately. Diagnosed issue and repair was completed in little over an hour. Would definitely use again.

Fridge stopped cooling on Sunday night, had me scheduled Tuesday morning, full schedule on Monday or they would have been out. Very quick with their repair, and professional. Veteran run business!! Will use again if needed.
