Wish there was a zero. No show after tech called with 2 hr window. This was #6 of 6 tech appts and 3rd no show. Range has been broken since mid-August, it is now Oct 6. Multiple parts shipments have resulted in "parts no longer available" but service tech did not update the case so Sears warranty protection won't authorize replacement. It would be helpful to have a replacement before the holidays, but Sears told me 3 weeks ago they were authorizing $50. for a hot-plate.

Brian was wonderful but dealing with Sears scheduling is frustrating. Trying to schedule maintenance for 5 appliances has meant 5 different service people coming 5 different days and times. It is ridiculous that they can not schedule one person to do all the maintenance on 5 appliances at one time. We are thinking about canceling the maintenance agreement because of this.
