Chimney USA came through, in the end. Very please with their willingness to address my issue.
Original review:
I contacted and received services provided, which seemed adequate to fix my chimney issues. However 6 months after there repairs, leaks started again. Damaged ceiling inside too. Brett, the owner agreed to come out and inspect. He did water tests and suggested a seal coating on the brick.I had a second company come in this past week and they found two openings in grout where water entered and made contact with the ceiling.
I contacted Chimney USA. They refunded my money, repaired my ceiling and did that for free. I appreciate a company that stands by their workmanship. Satisfied with the outcome.

Very Grateful for Ethan’s professional work! He was able to explain everything to me and help my Family!! He cleaned out our Dryer Vent and inspected our Fire Place and made a few patches.
He is knowledgeable about what he does.
