Dumpster Rental reviews in Chesapeake, Virginia

They were very prompt with response. Very reasonably priced quick with delivery and pick up! Highly recommend to anyone and will definitely use again!

Super fair prices and excellent to work with. Best dumpster rental in Chesapeake and Hampton roads area.

We have used Boxx Systems for our office dumpster for over a year and can't imagine using anyone better. Michelle in the office is great to work with and so accommodating! The drivers are very skilled and efficient. Look no further!

Michelle and Casey were very helpful and pleasant to work with. We needed a 30 yd dumpster on short notice and they were able to accommodate us. Thanks, Michelle and BOXX.

I called around to several dumpster rentals,,BoxxSystems was the fairest price by far!!!! The staff that I delt with who were Michelle and Jessy we're very accommodating and answered every question I had. There were no hidden fees!!!! Michelle and Jesse just had the best customer service!!! So if you're looking to rent a dumpster of any size for any length of time don't look any further call Box Systems!! I'm going to need another one in a couple months and I will be contacting them

I can't express how pleasantly surprised I was by the outstanding service I received from this company. In an age where genuine customer care often feels like a thing of the past, it's incredibly refreshing to encounter a team that still goes above and beyond.

I want to give a special thank you to Michelle, who went out of her way to assist me—even as the store was closing. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism truly stood out and made all the difference in my experience.

Great customer service is not dead, and thanks to people like Michelle, it's very much alive and thriving here.

Great company to do business with! Easy to schedule, pricing was fair and reasonable. I needed 4 dumpsters, 2 each weekend, dropped, picked up..the drivers were able to place them where I needed them. I needed an additional one, for another weekend and the scheduling was just as easy. Thanks for such great service.

We've used several local dumpster companies over the past year, and this one is by far our favorite. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Amy & Michele's customer service was outstanding, and the pricing was better than any other company we've worked with. If you’re looking for reliable, and affordable, this is hands down the one!

I rented a 20 yd dumpster to demo a shed. They were very reasonably priced, easy to work with and on time with delivery and pickup. I highly recommend for anyone needing this service.

I have been debating on a planet friendly way to remove excess years of hoarding and bits of pieces of this and that piled around here and there for almost two months probably longer....called a few places. Gave up .called a few places ..gave up . Headed to store and saw this bright yellow 11 ft dump bin..with bold and large in my face 475-boxx right on the side...and said to myself...I will give this one a try...Michelle picked up on the second ring...didn't beat around the bush or tell me all that information that truly wouldn't be remembered anyways, talked to me like I was already a long time customer,---- and the box will be here Monday...ten minutes. I wasted like four months... Ten minutes. And, yep....I'm all in. I petition a raise for Michelle!!!

We have used many different waste management/dumpster rental companies, and Boxx Systems is by far the best. Michelle in the office will go above and beyond to help you get what you need, when you need it!! She is the best and so are the drivers. They are very respectful of property and make sure you get the dumpster in the exact spot you need it. They are quick, affordable and professional all around!

Michele is so awesome!!! I cannot thank her and the other ladies and gentleman who make 465 boxx systems happen. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone needing dumpster services! They were a pleasure to work with and they are good at what they do. 10/10

There is no question this business @ 757 465 Boxx is SERVICE DRIVEN, manager Michelle worked with our residential project challenges beyond my expectations with asap scheduling and makeshift moving bin demands in Newport News. PLUS, delivery driver Scott, was courteous and competent with the required boxx placement!! I strongly recommend this firm for your disposal needs.
