These guys are awesome! We saw them next door and with ease downloaded the app, however before leaving the neighbors Trayvon was willing to answer all my questions and assist me right then! We had junk we needed OUT of our garage asap! They gave us a price based on their simple price structure, slotted us in, dumped the truck and came back to us. Darrell and Trayvon were courteous, professional, helpful and quickly got the job done! We were thoroughly impressed and definitely plan to share with family and friends. I think this service is much more efficient and appropriate for garage or house junk removal than renting a small container where you have to do all the work of loading and pay high costs. Amazing experience! I first received a quote from 1-800 GotJunk to remove my sectional for over $400! I filled out the information survey for JunkShot and was notified same day with a quote for under $150. Appointment set up was extremely easy and the gentlemen who came to take it away were professional and friendly! Would recommend.

To say that I’m impressed with this company would be an understatement. We had a significant number of boxes and other items in our garage that needed to go, but with the size of our vehicles, could not find an affordable option to get them to a dump (and other companies were just insanely expensive). Junk Shot quickly gave us a quote that they stuck to, came out the same day, removed all of the items we had been dealing with for months on end, and even swept up our garage when they were complete! On the way, they hit traffic and kept me updated the entire time as to their ETA. They were friendly and professional the entire way through. Can’t say enough good about this experience.

The staff that serviced my garage today, Trevon and Darrell, were punctual, professional, and most importantly KIND! They called to say they were here, and even directed me as I backed out of my driveway around their truck since it obscured the view of oncoming cars. They quickly sorted through my junk within 20 minutes, and I had a half truck’s worth! It was super easy to schedule the service on my phone and their cost estimation system was accurate. I’m so pleased with their service, and I’ll be using this service again for my next cleaning project.

Fast, prompt, and polite! I would use their services again if needed. They quickly and efficiently pivoted a very wide loveseat sofa through a small doorway with no issues whatsoever and took a box spring from the 2nd floor without hitting any corners or ceiling on the way down. Very respectful and caring of the property —ensured to be careful of the walls.
