Once again, best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Gregory’s is absolutely the best! I won’t use another HVAC company.

Highly recommend Gregory Heating & AC. They’re a smaller family business with great client service! They came out on the coldest day of the year and quickly fixed my heating unit at a reasonable price.

Our HVAC system decided to stop working. Gregory's came out immediately, gave us a fair price and made sure they had a new one in place within a short period of time. They were efficient and the techs were so nice and knowledgeable. They made sure everything was cleaned up after it was done, that we knew how to run it and that everything worked like it should. Our salesperson followed up with us after the initial quote and then even came out during the installation. Thank you so much to everyone who made this experience a pleasant one!!

Darrell provided top service when trying to diagnose our problem. Buck was great at calling afterwards to discuss our options and offered an affordable solution. Lastly, Colby and his partner were courteous and excellent during the installation. The only heating and cooling company we will use from here on out. So thankful that my friend recommended them to us.

In Reference to my previous review, I was never told about an option of Saturday. I called back after my designated time, because no one contacted me letting me know that there was even an issue or an emergency fix came up, and I was told the earliest they could reschedule was Monday. I told them that I was a teacher and that I had already taken off two days, one for the inspection and one for the appointment, and that I could not take another day off work. I understand emergencies arise, however I was never given the options that you stated in your reply to my previous comments. I do appreciate you trying to right the wrong so I will be contacting you for a Saturday appointment and I do appreciate the 10% off. I will return to rerate after my service is complete.
