Chris came out and diagnosed a degraded fan motor. He gave me the option to choose between replacing the motor or the whole system without any undue pressure. I asked him to just replace the motor, and it works like a charm now. I appreciated the honesty and good work!

The pride mechanical heating and cooling company is super helpful, dependable, and courtesy, their price is reasonable and decent, their customer service is excellent and with full of carrying. Steve and Chris are very good at what they are doing and full of experience and knowledge, they are very professional in the industry and they are very respectful to customers. They are doing their work above and beyond. The team members make sure everything is working as they should be. Also the staff members have reaching out after the session and asking how my air conditioner works. I feel so satisfied with their service and the effort they put together. Thank you for making my summer so much better and more enjoyable. 😊

Had a fantastic experience with Pride Mechanical. I called on a Monday and they were able to schedule an appointment for the following day due to my ac unit freezing over. The lady that I spoke with was extremely kind and professional. Travis came the following day on time and was very professional and explained the issues he found with the unit and what that pricing would look like. He got the unit fixed, and went out of his way to get the work completed that day. Will definitely be calling them up again for any future maintenance and repairs!

I cannot say enough good things about Pride Mechanical. We have used them for years and they consistently go above and beyond. Their customer service is impeccable and their techs are thorough, personable, and EXTREMELY professional. We recently were in need of some emergency duct work and Stephen and Travis came out on their day off to quickly fix it. Thanks to them, our infant daughter's room is wonderfully cool and she can nap comfortably! (Thanks Stephen and Travis!) If you are in need of excellent AC or heat technicians, you have to go with Pride Mechanical. Locally and family owned and as professional as can be!

I cannot express enough how much I appreciate this company. Same day service and they don't overcharge. The technician came out, 10 minutes early to the quoted time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it within 35 minutes. No BS sales pitch, just efficient work.

Five-star service from Pride Mechanical. They assessed my system, found the necessary part, and finished the repair all within a two-hour window. Not only were they fast, but they saved me a massive amount of money—charging just $500 for a job I was previously quoted $1,600 for (a 69% price difference). Reliable, fast, and fair. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Travis, our technician came on time and was courteous. Our HVAC was inspected by Pride, coincidentally also Travis, back in March prior to buying our house. He noted on his return visit that the thermostat was not correctly wired which had not been touched since he previously passed the system with flying colors, as the house remained unoccupied. The capacitor blew which led to the blower motor burning out “somehow”. Interesting he didn’t catch the wiring problem during his initial inspection.

Edit: Regardless of whether the wire affected the motor, it was not caught during the home inspection which may indicate a deficiency in the level of quality.

Typical poor treatment of a female customer. Isom? Arrived, no introductions, no eye contact with me, and he was EXTREMELY DISMISSIVE of me. I would not recommend Pride Mechanical. They are not willing to help and I felt the discriminated against me because I am a woman.
