Doug went above and beyond within the limits of his duties to make sure the issue was fixed. He also took the time to describe the issue, and how it was fixed. He also helped provide more recommendations to keep our place within code and avoid any system degradations. Very professional.

Doug was my technician and he’s done a wonderful job. Prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable about his profession. He uninstalled our furnace and water heater (had to be done to get to some rotted subfloor in our utility closet) . When our subfloor gets fixed, I’ll be asking for him to do the reinstalling!

Called company for A/C failure during summer heatwave. They were here within 24 hours on a Sunday! Doug was prompt, professional and proficient. He fixed out heat pump and then did a very thorough exam of our system and educated us on system maintenance. I will now use quality contracting inc. For all my HVAC needs.

Todd came and fixed multiple problems and got our heat up and running once more. He replaced a breaker in the panel, swapped out the heat kit, and even replaced a damaged wire outside to the ac that was causing a short. Very professional and personable, he worked quickly and cleanly. A great experience all around.

Quality Contracting Electrical & HVAC worked on our Norfolk apartment (separating foreign electrical loads from our electrical panel). It was a pretty complicated job . The staff of Quality Contracting is professional and honest. I was especially impressed with the last worker, Stan. He was committed to customer satisfaction and made sure to do the job well and completely. Doug, dog. Hamilton, dog. They fixed my unit and did a quick and great job. Works great and they were super professional. Good lookin fellas too I tell ya, hide your wives if they come do service for you just a warning. Highly recommend these absolute UNITS.

Doug was amazing! He was trying to diagnose what was wrong with my heat having issues and he succeeded. It was a matter of installing a new thermostat. He was nice, professional and helpful.

Such professional and efficient service! Todd was the service provider for a call I made to get the heating in my apartment fixed. He was friendly, helpful, provided great service, and was incredibly knowledgeable about how to treat and handle my heating system! He fixed the issue quickly and left me with some useful tips about various practices I can carry out to do my part to take care of my household!
