Shawn is the absolute BEST! He came to my community to address an AC matter. He not only figured out the issue but offered insight on how to better handle these concerns in the future. He’s a knowledgeable, professional that’s a pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for the BEST, ask for Shawn.

Johnathan came out to do the initial assessment of my hvac system. He was extremely thorough in explaining to me what he was doing, looking for and assessing. He and Hamilton came back to do the work and I had the most pleasant experience with their service. They introduced themselves. I got to know a little about them and they got straight to work. I kept interrupting to keep them hydrated because my home had gotten to be almost 90 degrees, the attic where they were working was even warmer. There was no standing around wasting time, they moved swiftly and intentionally. I feel as though they treated my home as if it were theirs with how diligent they worked. I truly appreciate this experience and having a working HVAC system again. So Much Gratitude Guys!

I am very impressed with the professional technicians that installed and commissioned my new Mitsubishi heat pump.

Shawn just left after finishing some minor install work. He did a proper commissioning of the unit checking important performance indicators. Shawn is extremely knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and timely. It would be difficult to over state how impressed and pleased with his work that I am.

Hamilton was the primary technician on the install. My opinion of him is similar to my experience with Shawn. He was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and timely. Hamilton is a hard worker who persisted at finding the best installation solution for a difficult existing unit replacement.

Frankly, it is a relief to find a team of such high quality professionals in the HVAC industry. I feel very lucky to have hired Quality HVAC and Electrical for my home.

Shawn was great! I’ve had multiple people come out looking for the issue and no one could figure it out. Shawn came out and did it within minutes! I’m so happy he was able to figure this out. I will be in touch with this company for all my needs from now on!

Ok so I had a literal panic attack when I found that my heat wasn’t working in one of thee coldest winters in years. I reached out to Quality via their website and I immediately got a call asking if I wanted to move up to a closer day and he gave me instructions to try to get heat for the night! The next morning a young lady called and gave me my arrival window. 4-6pm….I received a call from Hamilton around 4:30 or so and said he’d be there in 10 minutes. I get so anxious because you never know what you will get with service contractors but Hamilton was amazing very knowledgeable and personable, he wasn’t looking for ways to get over, he was looking for honest resolution and he found the issue and took care of it and made sure my heat was functioning before he left. That is stellar customer service!! I work in service work, managing floor installers and this is what I expect out of my guys and I run a tight ship lol! Thank you Hamilton and the team at Quality!!

I initially thought Joseph did a good job until I found out he lied saying it was the filter which was causing the problem and it wasn’t.
Totally disappointed in what transpired after service call.
