They changed my appointment 4 times for an HVAC system check and cleaning. When the tech showed up to check the system. He looked at the air handler and then looked outside at my heat pump. When I went to check on him he was in his truck writing notes on his tablet. I asked if he needed me to open the gate for him to look at the heat pump he said he was already done. The complete time checking the system was approximately 42 minutes, all previous inspections and cleanings have been approximately 3-4 hours. I understand the cold temperatures and will leave it at that.

I do not like where this was placed AT ALL! It is in the walk way. Another place should have been suggested as we had NO idea it would stick out from the wall this far, we have literally lost our whole walkway. Why weren’t we shown that it would stick out this far and another location suggested? I was literately home ALL DAY in case they needed me. I am very unhappy with the placement.
