The second time I had to deal with Shaffer, just as good as the first time. Timely response. Good work and great price. I highly recommend them. I had them place a sticker on my outdoor unit so I can always remember who I need to call. I'm extremely grateful for this company.

John did a great job explaining everything in detail. He fixed our unit the same day and went out of his way to get us some more filters. We appreciate you!!

Honestly , always a pleasure working with this company ! Teddy , was my technician very knowledgeable and easy to follow what’s going on and what needs to be done.

Great experience! Highly recommend. Even during the busy season (beginning of summer) they were going to be able to get to us the next morning - a weekend no less, when we called in the afternoon. A few hours later they called and said they could has some time and could get to us that evening. Jon was there in twenty minutes, and had the problem diagnosed, and fixed in under thirty minutes. He was pleasant, helpful, and informative. Will definitely be calling them again!

We had an issue with our upstairs unit not cooling. I spoke to them on Yesterday and scheduled my appointment window for TODAY. Teddy called me 30 minutes prior to let me know that he was enroute. Within minutes of arriving, he diagnosed the problem, had the solution and repaired my unit in record time. Great customer service and he answered all of my questions and gave me some great recommendations for both of my units for the future. Great Job TEDDY, and Shaffer...give Teddy a RAISE!!!!!!

From Teddy that came to my house to survey and quote me on a replacement HVAC system, to Brent and Carson that did the actual install, everything went smoothly.

Jon was extremely professional! I was able to make a same day appointment and get my AC diagnosed and repaired all within 3 hours!

Teddy, the technician was excellent. He quickly identified my boiler issue. He clearly explain the options of repairing or replacing my boiler. His knowledge and educating me on boiler repair/replacement was an I eye opener that I was grateful for. No other technician I’ve consulted with has ever provided that level of information. I haven’t moved forward with their services because I’m weighing my options. I personally feel this company puts customer first or profit.

These guys always exceed my expectations with their responsiveness, and punctuality. They are very professional, the quality of their work is exceptional, and they stand behind their work. They are always very professional, they educate me on the problem in terms that I am able to understand, and THE ABSOLUTE BEST part is that they are AFFORDABLE! I have been on their maintenance plan for years, I highly recommend it!

Got an estimate from Teddy on Monday for water heater and heat pump. Here I am Thursday afternoon and both have been replaced! Very professional and efficient! I would highly recommend Shaffer Heating and Cooling and will definitely use them again should the need arise! Communication was amazing and the techs made sure that the job was complete and cleaned up afterwards!!!

Professional and responded to my call for service same day. Technician went through every step and part with me. They are my new “go to” for service. On 9/24/24 I had them replace my system and I’m more than happy I chose them for the job. The Team was great and I have no worries they did a great job.

My heat stopped working for my 1st floor. Teddy, from Shaffer Heating and Cooling came and did a thorough check of my issue. He was able to fix it on the spot and gave me recommendations for my units. Great work. I will definitely be using Shaffer Heating and Cooling again.

Awesome job!!! I called around to 5 or 6 local HVAC contractors when our air conditioning went out. Shaffer Heating and Cooling called me back on a Sunday, which I did not expect. After reading all of the reviews, we decided to pull the trigger. Not only was the pricing fair, but the workmanship and professionalism was top notch. Save your time and ignore the big, big names in the area who send a sales guy to inflate the price, call Shaffer first!

Teddy was awesome! Spent several hours fixing our issues. No additional charges beyond our warranty deductible. I meant to tip him and completely spaced! We would definitely recommend this company and Teddy!
Update: the owner, Jon, came out the same evening to check out why our system was on auxiliary heat. He was also amazing! Great to talk to and knowledgeable. I loved that he wanted to resolve the issue immediately. This company is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Jon also walked us through settings, checked out our radiators, etc. AHS is so lucky to have them bur I'd call them outside of my warranty for my heating and AC needs. I appreciate this excellent service!

Professional yet friendly. I am a customer for life! They installed a unit in the knee wall of a”vintage” house and made it work. They clean up after themselves and they have made each interaction a positive experience.
I highly recommend them.
