For over 7 years, I have had the pleasure of working with Katina and her crew. They are very responsive and do a wonderful job cleaning my facility on a daily basis. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Katina!

Solomon Richardson cleans both of our locations (at our request). He is very attentive to supplies that are needed, things that need cleaned, etc. He has even been kind enough to come and open up my office when I left my keys at home (in NC). He is truly an asset for Vanguard Cleaning.

I wish there are more stars for me to click. From the first phone call to after the service was completed, I experienced nothing but OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and PROFESSIONALISM. We were in a time crunch on a late Friday afternoon to find and book a company who can do a COVID -19 sanitation treatment for our spaces no later than the following Monday. Kellie was on top of her game. She walked me through the process, made me feel at ease and confident that this seemingly impossible task was easy. Indeed, it was easy. Her teammate, Vyron, was on time. He was very professional, detailed and efficient. He went above and beyond.
Bottom line: If you need cleaning services, call VANGUARD CLEANING SYSTEMS of HR. Kellie and her team will take great care of you.

Everyone is kind, professional, and extremely good at what they do. We recently had to call them to do an "emergency clean" and everyone in our office was thrilled with the work that Debbie came in and completed. I hope we never need another "emergency clean" but if we do, we will certainly be calling Vanguard and requesting Debbie!!! :)

Hire Vanguard to start our janitorial contract. There cleaners I’m guessing there subcontractors did a no show in there first day. Don’t hire them regarding your janitorial needs. I called the office no one picked up right away. Didn’t get the chance to speak with Kelly the original person I spoke with that gave me a quote. Kelly told that they had a low retention rate and poor management in their office. Canceled them and hired Viro Janitorial Services and they’re amazing.

Kellie Moore in the office and Vyron the boots on the ground have both impressed me with their professionalism, punctuality, and performance several times in the last months as short notice and urgent requests to clean our workspace have come up.
With same day service in many cases and great results I always know who to call. With the integrity of their team I've got nothing but praise for them from the AP department to the schedulers, managers, and folks out in the field.

Malinda is the absolute best with making sure she provides my franchise with all of the support I need. Whether it is keeping my clients supplies fully stocked or making sure invoices and billing are always on time and accurate she always goes above and beyond!

My POC at Vanguard, Jane, is very responsive to the needs of our company and addresses concerns immediately. The cleaning crew does a great job on the 23,000+ square feet of office space. They are very detail oriented and I would highly recommend Vanguard.

From day one this company has been nothing but professional & gracious about the way conduct business. They cater to the needs & standards that you make clear to them. With any cleaning service there's going to be a learning curve for both parties, where it takes teamwork, patience, & guidance to make things right 👌. Jane, my point of contact with Vanguard, is always professional, friendly, and prompt when it comes to any issues I may have (which are few and far between). Johnathon, who handles our cleaning needs on a nightly basis, is just as thorough and professional. He is always polite to our members and is excellent at communicating with me!

We use Vanguard at my property Element at Ghent in Norfolk, VA. The cleaners are super friendly and very efficient. My residents compliment them all the time. They always check in before leaving the property to see if anything else needs to be done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good, efficient cleaners!

Kellie was excellent at helping my church transition to a new cleaning service. She was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions that we had. We transitioned during COVID which added to our concerns, but Kellie and the cleaning crew were on top of things. Very professional and able to assist us in making the best decisions for our church. Kellie is extremely helpful and offers suggestions that are best for your situation, truly looking out for the customers needs not just what makes the most money for her company.

WE could not be more satisfied! The service is simply top notch and they never miss a night. As a Facilities Manager here in the Tidewater area, I need to address the complaint calls from our tenants; Vanguard has eliminated all of the calls from the locations they service, a true time saver for me. I have been working with Vanguard cleaning for over 2 years. From the first meeting all have been very easy to work with. The onsite cleaners are very accommodating to our daily needs which is something I am most grateful for their flexibility!! I selected this company for a high-end apartment complex, and they have been nothing but superb. Kellie facilitated a great relationship between our staff and the cleaning crew. The price is competitive, and a much better deal than some who low-balled the estimate and then didn't follow through. The communication is better than I've experienced with at least three other cleaning companies. The residents are happier. Apartments sell better. Can't recommend enough.
