Excellent customer service! I bought 5 bags of mulch and they loaded it all in my car for me.

Nice place went to self check out and I had my 17lb bundle of precious cargo on my good arm and I was attempting to scan all my stuff by myself a nice associate came along and scanned all my 10 things for me and got me in and out excellent customer service!

I only needed 6 bags of topsoil but they had a nice guy who loaded it in my trunk. Fortunately I have a nice neighbor who unloaded it at home.

I went to get some garden soil and plants at Home Depot at Chesapeake Square ,when during checkout the cashier who goes by the name of Sandy decides that she's having a bad day. She be littled me about what kind of garden soil. She said and I qoute"Everybody always seems to get mad when I ask them all these Damn questions" in front of my 3 year old. . I have bought garden soil (Miracle Gro) brand here for years, and they usually have it stored outside. But she told me it has always been down the mulch isle. I complained about the incident of profanity from a sales rep and the Operations Manager Mr. Bishop did adsolutely nothing. I was told she would be reprimanded, but within 5 mins after she stormed off from our discussion, she was back at the checkout in the garden area. Very unprofessional in my eyes and it seems the management doesn't care. I will spend my hard earned money with better customer service down the street.

Everything you need for gardening right there. Friendly and helpful associates. Great sale and everyday prices. About a 20 minute drive in good traffic from where I live. Well worth the commute. Happy gardening!

I ordered 170 posts from this Home Depot. I did a pick up order. I should have checked to make sure they gave me the right amount. I didn’t. I didn’t realize I had picked up only 136 posts for my fence project. This ain’t the first time they have messed up my order.

I ordered tiles from here last year and didn’t find out until I was doing the project 3 of the 5 boxes I ordered were the wrong color.

I learned my lesson this time, never trust their team because they are going to mess it up. Don’t take their word for it.

I'm on a wheelchair, the delivery driver didn't call, text, or communicate with me or ring the door bell. Delivered the material in the main walkway, on the side of the steps rails I use in case I use the front door. entry blocked, stairs blocked. I'm using a wheelchair. how am I going to move the stuff to the back if the house????

Have worked on projects and seen his work and was impressed with every job. Would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to get landscape work done.

Bryce and his crew do great work. We use them year round for mowing and maintenance. However, they do leaf clean up and other miscellaneous things around our property for us. They always do such fantastic work! Will continue to use them for years to come!
