Called Lisa after accidently disturbing outside a/c unit during a hot and humid day. She was able to contact a service technician, Aaron, who was able to come out very soon. Aaron troubleshot the issue and was able to determine the a/c unit's status and explained to me the issue and what signs to look for to ensure no harm occurred to the unit under the circumstance. He assured me that the unit was in proper running order. I am very satisfied with the quick response and diagnosis. So, a shout out to Philbrick and both Lisa and Aaron.

They do good work, but charge a $90 "dispatch fee" just to come to your house. You then have to pay for all of the work being done. The $90 apparently is just the fee you pay for the crime of giving them your business? I still can't get a straight answer for it.

Philbrick service representatives arrived promptly and completed a timely and professional service. The team left the service area very clean. Both techs were friendly and informative. I have utilized Philbrick for heating, cooling plumbing services for over 35 years. I have service contracts with Philbrick.
