Bobbie was awesome!! He was a tremendous help in guiding me to a solution for my sick trees and shrubs

Bobby and DW have been great over the years helping us maintain and grow our beautiful yard. We highly recommend them.

Have used Bartlett for around 3 years. Turned a struggling line of new installed trees into a healthy, appealing, privacy line. DW Coble is on top of everything. Does what he says when he says he is going to do it. Explains everything.

I have had nothing but the best service working with Bartlett Tree Experts. Bobby Nance is the best tree guy around and knows his tree care! Awesome! Highly recommend!

Just had a appointment with bobby.. he was very knowledgeable and told me what was wrong right away. And how to remedy it. I'll be a process but I'm utterly grateful!! I'm a first time lawn/bush owner and it is services like this that save my day!!! Thank you!!!

Thank you! They arrived the next day and removed a huge tree limb and cleaned up the remaining tree and the sawdust as well!

On time-professional personnel, attire and amazing set up with strict adherence to safety protocols. Absolute great results of trimming of our two 30 year old willow oaks. Jason and his office staff has amazing communication skills with great results of their Service. What else can I say-see you again in 5 years.
thank you

Bobby Nance came right out to examine a dying tree in our yard. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. After identifying the problem, he took pictures and explained our problem. I would highly recommend this company's services.

They were as respectful of our yard as they were of us! They were a little bit more expensive than the last company but they took such care... did not use harmful spikes when climbing our trees to trim.. didn’t gouge our yard with heavy removal equipment. We had tons of damage to our yard from the cheaper company. Will only use Bartlett from now on!

Bobby Nance is an arborist with Bartlett and restored my 70 year old tree back to a healthy tree. He's very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Highly recommend them

I have been using this company's services for a little over a year now and I wholeheartedly appreciate their competitive prices and willingness to accommodate my schedule. DW has been our primary contractor and point of contact, and he has consistently demonstrated punctuality and professionalism. Even when he is in the neighborhood, he makes an effort to stop by to chat and answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend this company, and recommend DW as your contractor. You will not be disappointed.

This company has done this property since before we moved in so probably 6 plus years

I recently had DW Coble out to my property to examine a red cedar located in our backyard. He was very responsive, professional and prompt prior and post our appointment. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend working with DW he was fantastic to deal with!

Great service! Bobby came by to look at my 3 year old Meyer Lemon tree that was having some issues. He came and pointed out the problem in like 5 minutes. Root rot, which I was happy to hear it wasn’t something worse. Very professional and polite. Great price too. I would highly recommend them.

We just had Bartlett come out to our home to trim and shape all the trees and shrubs in our yard, many of which were very overgrown in the Red Mill Farm neighborhood in VA Beach. They were on time 1st thing in the morning as promised and walked the yard with me before starting to ensure we were on the same page in regards to exactly the way we wanted everything done and what was on the qoute itself. There were 3 techs all very professionally outfitted in regards to their gear, tools, etc. They divided up the work between them since some things like our knockout roses had to be hand trimmed and communicated with me throughout the process to ensure that we were satisfied with their methods and results. The tech Marissa who worked on our numerous rose bushes and hydrangeas (11 total) of all shapes and sizes literally hand trimmed each piece on her hands and knees in a slow precise manner to allow for an aesthetic and healthy result. Once they were done everything was shredded and removed from the yard as if they had never been there. The last company we had out to do our tree and shrub trimming, while very professional and pleasant, used a hedge trimmer to cut everything back and had little to no knowledge about trimming crepe myrtles or roses properly, so everything was basically just hacked off. We were very pleased with every aspect of the work the Bartlett techs performed and the company itself. All their techs are certified arborists and have a full understanding of the correct method for trimming and pruning all species of plants, trees, and shrubs. Yes they were quite a bit more expensive that your standard landscape company but as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for". We would absolutely hire them again and have already made several referrals. Thanks guys!!

Bobby Nance is one of the best. If this young isn’t caring for your trees he should be. He is the youngest board certified Master Arborist in the world. I asked him he was so professional, positive attitude and gave me suggestions on trees. He came out and let me know my tree was dead where others kept spraying.and taking money.

Listen customers you must hire Bartlett and ask for Bobby Nance. I love my new tree

We have used Bartlett for 2 years now and couldn't be happier. We lost one tree but we were able to save another one just like it. We are getting another treatment this weak to save our favorite tree. I love how they explain and show us everything that is going on and we're pleased to see the progress that's going on. I would recommend them to anyone.

We’ve been using Bartlett for a few years now and have always been satisfied with their quality and professionalism. Bobby Nance has always been courteous, respectful and quick to respond. I would unequivocally recommend Bartlett to anyone needing tree services.

I thought the days of good work ethics were over. Not with Bartlett Tree Experts. I have never had service to go way beyond what I hoped for.
D.W. Coble is very knowledgeable and conscientious about his job. He got rid of the fungus that was destroying my crêpe myrtles and gave me great advice on other plantings in my yard. He even stopped by to check on the trees without me asking. Thank you DW!
My daughter lives in Chesapeake and Bobby Nance represents her area. I asked him to check out one of her trees, and he gave her expert advice and inspected her plantings and made recommendations. She said that he was amazing, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Bobby for helping my daughter.
I highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts as they are the best!

DW did a very nice job removing some mistletoe from my maple tree. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Also Bobby Nance is the most knowledgeable tree experts you will ever meet . I would highly recommend Bartlett Tree Service to anyone who has some tree concerns. They are the best at what they do!

I first began using Bartlett services a couple of years ago. I have a long stand of beautiful Arborvitae which at the time were not looking very beautiful! In fact, they looked quite sickly and I was quite worried that I would lose them. DW Coble came out and spent a good deal of time assessing the state of these trees. DW suggested a treatment plan which included periodic application of a formula specific to the problem these trees had. Fast forward to present time and the Arborvitae look wonderful!
In the meantime an Edgeworthia chrysantha (Paperbush) in front of my home began to fail quite dramatically and once again, DW figured out what the issue was and how we could treat it. And it too, is now looking great.
DW has a wealth of knowledge of plant science and botany; I always look forward to his appointments because he's a delightful individual and its always a pleasure to chat with him.
I've had great experiences with 'Bartlett Tree Experts' service and highly recommend them.

I’ve never seen a crew so proficient, efficient, and well trained. They did a fantastic job on our trees today and cleaned up after themselves in a professional manner. I would highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts for any tree need.
