Had an appointment made a few weeks out. They didn’t call me to tell me they wouldn’t be showing up due to emergency services. When I reached out to them, the Cause was a storm that had happened 2 days prior. I can understand that, however if the storm was 2 days prior, why not reach out to your customer. I took the day off for this appointment. Was extremely inconsiderate.
When I reached out the day of and they had informed me, they said they would get back to me later that day. I called back twice at 12 and at 4, no answer on the phone. Scott was a great guy who I really wanted to work with because it seems he cares. However his phone operator is bad for business. I canceled them and am looking elsewhere. -

Scott and his crew has done several jobs for us over the years. They just finished taking down and huge oak for our new garage and a smaller tree in our parking area. They also did a few trees at our neighbors. Cleaned up very well and also took the small piles of small limbs and branches put out for city pick up with out even asking. We really appreciated that little extra for his guys. Thank you
