Orleans was very efficient in every way. We told them what trees we wanted down and what trees we wanted trimmed and they had great suggestions and advice where that was concerned. The office was responsive and followed up with us prior to and after the appointment. The crew that came were extremely competent and did an awesome job for us. We will definitely be using Orleans again.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!

I cannot say enough good things about the Orleans team! From the very beginning, their professionalism was top-notch. The inspection team came out promptly to assess the situation and gave me a thorough, honest evaluation of the two massive loblolly pines looming close to my house. They took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. Best of all, they had the most affordable price AND the best equipment to safely get the job done.

The administrative team was equally impressive. Scheduling was a breeze, and they communicated clearly and efficiently from start to finish, keeping me informed every step of the way.

For removal day, the crew showed up the evening before to again go over day of logistics. Day of the crew were right on time and worked like a well-oiled machine. Watching them safely and skillfully take down those towering pines — in just half a day! — was incredible. They worked with impressive speed without sacrificing safety or quality. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward, leaving our yard in great shape.

I think this is my third time calling Orleans Tree Service. They have fascinating equipment, show proof of insurance during the quote, and do a fantastic job. They go out of their way to protect my grass and leave the yard the same way they found it. Gary and his crew work like a well oiled machine and are so polite. Orleans is the only tree service company I would ever call. I'm sure there are cheaper options, but with Orleans I don't have to worry about any of the crew getting hurt or a tree landing on my house or a neighbors.

We've hired this company a couple of times now. David Lewis is always helpful throughout the process. He is very helpful, attentive, and friendly, and answers questions promptly. He explains things in great detail and I always appreciate learning something new about our trees. With our latest project, the crew we had was incredible. Alex is a highly-skilled tree cutter and was excellent at understanding and listening to our concerns and how we hoped the project would be completed. Trevor, Nate, and Uriel were amazing on the ground and all were highly courteous and respectful. Honestly impressed with the strength Uriel had removing the tree limbs...Herculean effort!! The guys worked so hard all day in the hot sun, and I don't know how they all manage their endurance without taking proper lunch breaks.

We had several low hanging limbs removed from 2 trees in our front yard as well as some higher branches that could have caused problems down the road. The trees were "crowned" rather than "topped" which gave them a better shape and is also better for the trees. The crew was very prompt, courteous, professional, and we were very impressed with their "safety concerns and procedures" as well as cleaning up the debris from the yard before they left. Highly recommend Orleans Tree Service for any "tree jobs" you might have. We will definitely use them in the future!

From the consultation with the certified Arborist (David) to the very last branch from the 10 trees I needed to have trimmed & pruned, Orleans Co. Tree Service was affordable, swift, and efficient. They used the bucket for 3 of my trees in the front but they had to climb the 7 in the back because my yard is so muddy they would've gotten their truck stuck. The entire crew was super professional and the business communicated very well. Even their chainsaw was quieter than I would have expected! I'll definitely use them again when needed!

We moved to a brand new home and noticed many of the trees in the back yard were starting to die. These were super-tall trees up to 4-5 stories tall. Orleans gave us a very detailed estimate with explanation of the current condition of the trees. The trees were removed today and the yard looks great - and we no longer have to worry about trees falling onto our home.

After the recent ice storm we had a tree fall on our house. Knowing if it fully fell down the side of the house it could probably rip the electrical box off we were frantically calling every tree company that serviced our area. We knew it might be days to get help because of the volume of tree issues in the area due to the ice storm. After calling Orleans Tree company they sent Chris out and he arrived within ONE hour to give an estimate. Chris explained how they would remove the tree so it wouldn't fall as they removed it.
Less than 2 hours after speaking to him a crew of 7 guys showed up with a grapplesaw truck, a bucket truck and a chipper truck. They were courteous, professional and extremely carful of ours and the neighbors property.
If you need any kind of tree work this company was absolutely phenomenal.

Exceptional work! Orlean’s didn’t disappoint! We had 2 challenging projects on our historic trees. Both trees are HUGE and overlapped buildings which demand skilled and precise cutting to avoid damage to our structures. The crew showed up with state of the art (for real!) equipment and worked efficiently and skillfully with gorgeous results. Prior to this project we called in 3 other company’s who’s quotes were a much lower in price. We were tempted to chose another company BUT are thrilled we didn’t. The expertise of this crew was obvious as they trimmed our trees, preserved our structures and kept the health of the trees in the forefront of priority! These men are true Arborists, not just tree trimmers. They cleaned up the mess, removed the debris and left the trees looking healthier and safer. Hopefully, the trees will be around for another 150 years and as long as they need care, we will rely upon Orlean’s to provide it!

When I called to get an estimate they were able to schedule an appointment immediately. The tree was struck by lightning. In the next following weeks we experienced heavy winds that broke off several branches. They agreed to take everything with them. Overall, this was a very pleasant and smooth removal.

Orleans Tree Service has been consistently reliable and professional. The arborist was incredibly knowledgeable, and the crew that came out to do the work was well-mannered, respectful, and extremely careful. They took great care to clean up thoroughly after the job, leaving everything in excellent shape. My family has used their services multiple times, and they’ve never disappointed. The team from Orleans Tree Co. did an outstanding job removing 12 trees from my West End neighborhood lot. Andy, Jacob, Lucas, and the rest of the crew were friendly, professional, and hardworking! During one of the tree removals, a small portion of my backyard fence was damaged. It was a huge tree right next to a 30 year old picket fence. Andy and Jacob arrived first thing Saturday morning and repaired the fence to better condition than before the damage.
I am very happy to give a great recommendation!

The best tree companies around. This is I think my 8th time using them. At my in-laws house the shrubs and trees were over grown along their driveway and along the road. It was a hazard for them to back out of their driveway. Dave from Orleans came out and did a write up for me and I told him what I was worried with my in-laws, he told me he wanted them safe also. Gave me a great quote and agreed that day. Today the crew came out, was there a little after 8 ready to go. The lead guy talked to me to make sure we were both on the same page, once we agreed they got to work. Two hours later they were done, everything cleaned up and hauled away. We did another walk around to make sure I was happy with the work. I was extremely happy. Once again an AWESOME JOB. Will be using them again for future projects.

Ryan and his team did a great job providing a competitive estimate. They got us scheduled quickly and removed two smaller trees and one large oak with a jeopardized trunk in a very professional and safe manner. Very impressed and would use them again. Thanks again Ryan.

I am pleased to have chosen thus company for the work I needed done. It all started with the initial estimate. When Dave came by and shared his professional knowledge, I was sold.

When the crew came to do the job, they knew exactly what they were doing. What was most impressive was the way that they cared for my property. In order for them.to do their work, they had to move pavers, light post, and some of my stones but they put everything back in its place. I even saw one of the workers on his knees speading the river rock back in place.

As for the work and taking down the tree, they did everything strategically and efficiently. They made sure that none of the huge pieces fell to the ground or on the shed which was near the tree. My lawn is still in tack.

I am really satisfied and impressed with their workmanship. I have a few more limbs that need to be taken down and they'll be the ones I call. I highly recommend them, not just for their quality work but also for their competitive pricing.

They did an excellent job! Removed 6 trees for us and cleaned up all of the debris. Arrived on time both days and did great work. I would definitely hire them again!
