Chimney Sweep reviews in Chesterfield, Virginia

I had a straightforward service need and was struggling to find a company that wasn't pushing unnecessary upsells on me. Castle Chimney made the process easy, and delivered great service. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. 10/10 experience. Thanks again!

The crew was very respectful and went beyond the expected job expectation.

Great company ... Stuart and Sally are awesome. You wont find a better company

Very professional, prompt and friendly! Worked to get us fit in sooner than expected.

This company was responsive and did great work. I would highly recommend them

Very professional & informative. They were efficient & very friendly. Loved our experience & would definitely recommend.

The service was top notch and pricing was the best out of all the estimates we received! They are a family owned business which I prefer to support and they have our business from now on.

I highly recommend Castle Chimney Sweeps. Stu and his team were on time, efficient, took before and after photos, and their prices are very reasonable. I am highly pleased!

Castle Chimney Sweeps completed work to restore deteriorating parts of our chimney. We were so pleased with Stuart's professionalism and knowledge. Appointments were right on time, work was completed on schedule, and the cost was very competitive.

I would recommend Castle Chimney Sweeps to anyone in need of a chimney inspection and cleaning. They were prompt, courteous and professional. They also took great care to keep our home clean during the chimney cleaning process. When they were finished, they went over their findings and recommendations for follow up services. I will be calling Castle Chimney Sweeps in the future for all of my chimney maintenance needs.

Stuart just finished cleaning and inspecting my chimney and fireplace, got an enormous amount of debris out, very thorough and for less than my first quote. Thank you!

This company is simply great-very professional and friendly, stellar service. We had our gutters cleaned, and we waited so long, they were a mess. They left a clean site and even blew off our sidewalk and deck. I couldn’t applaud them more!

Stuart and Chris came out to clean our chimney for us. This is the first time we’ve had anyone come out to do this and they worked quickly and efficiently. They kept our living room clean and they explained everything they were doing in detail! They provided pictures and shared how we could make our wood stove more efficient. Great service from these guys! I’d recommend them to anyone!

Best group of guys. Had them install my new wood stove in 2021 and just had them out for my first cleaning and all I can say is Stuart is an awesome guy that's professional and awesome to work with. I'm definitely calling them next year to have them install an air intake and air blower on my wood stove for next winter. Thanks guys!

Great service, friendly guys! They drove way outside of Richmond and still gave us a very reasonable price. Repaired our wood stove quickly and neatly. Would absolutely recommend to others and I'd call them again!

Awesome team at Castle! I've used them a couple of times and they have been prompt, professional and get the job done! Very reasonable price and they take care when they come inside your home, cleaning up inside & outside. Great service & expertise.

So we got a beautiful, free standing wood stove from some friends. Come to find out it’s hard to get someone to install a stove you already own. Most places want to sell you the stove and then install it for you. We were fortunate enough to find Stu & Co through a walk in at a stove shop. They drove out to us in the country, gave us a prompt estimate. They stuck to the estimate, were super professional and did quality work. We were especially pleased since our install involved a 15 foot run straight up to the roof and it’s straight as an arrow. Would highly recommend and look forward to using them again in the future.
