I had Amazon run over one of my sprinkler heads Friday & break the inlet elbow. I texted Bayard that day & they were out & fixed it Monday. It pleased me but did not surprise me. They have always been friendly, responsive, fairly priced and spot on with their work.

Sunshine Landscaping did a terrific job repairing a backflow preventer. They were able to accommodate me on short notice for an emergency service. Super reliable and easy to work with.

Barry is just absolutely the best! He sorted out all my builder irrigation woes and it wasn’t easy. His company is aptly named because he is a little ray of sunshine from the moment he rings your doorbell. Love him!

I had a leak at a solenoid connection in my irrigation system that was too much for me to try to fix. Barry came out that week and fixed it within a couple of hours. He was very friendly and the price was great for the work he had to do. I highly recommend Barry at Sunshine Landscaping.

We contacted Sunshine Landscaping to perform rough grading where several large trees were removed in order to install approx. 350 ft. of privacy fencing. We have competing asphalt and fencing projects for this recently purchased property, each with different contractors and timelines that needed to be coordinated.
From start to finish, Barry was nothing short of phenomenal. He was very personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He recognized the coordination and timelines of the other projects we had going on, and immediately worked us into his schedule. He was in constant communication with us as he coordinated fill & equipment delivery, and he even came out a second time, just to ensure he had all of his bases covered - nearly unheard of, when compared to other contractors we've utilized.
The work performed far exceeded our expectations. What was supposed to be 'rough grading' was more akin to 'putting green quality'. The Sunshine team worked with meticulous attention to detail, and even cleaned up and leveled portions of the property near proposed fence line that was not part of the scope of work agreed upon. From call to completion - 4 days.

Barry and his team transformed my yard from a sloppy mess to an inviting area. He carefully evaluated the elevations in my yard. They replaced and improved my 12 French drains.
