I contracted them for two houses in the first quarter of 2019, expecting to get ahead of the summer rain. Their employees did a great job, especially Patrick, who is experienced, skillful and efficient. They replaced old gutters for the house built in the 50's, they installed the other house which never had gutters. I was not on site to monitor their work. After the installation, I did point out some gutters or downspouts that were installed either poorly or not in ideal locations. Brothers Gutters' office person Naomi quickly sent the workers to fix the issues and mostly Patrick would listen to my concerns and will solve my concerns. Patrick did not argue with me or belittle my concerns. He made me feel that he really listened in and solved my concerns. I have met many workers like plumbers, etc., some would argue with customers and they thought they knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend this company.

Deceptive sales strategy. They tell you they can start your project in a week but then after you pay your deposit, they end up scheduling your work to be done out a few weeks extra. At that point they're banking that you'll just deal with the dissatisfaction and let them do your project instead of making the effort to find another company and starting the process over again.

I would prefer upfront honesty about the timelines instead of this bait and switch tactic.

The service itself was good but the price was pretty outrageous. 600+$ per cleaning. They framed it as it being that price for 2 cleanings but that was not the case.

We contracted The Brothers That Just Do Gutters in 2022 for gutter guards. The guards were perfectly installed not allowing debris into the gutters. Photos of each section installed were provided demonstrating the condition of the gutter section and materials used.

I also observed the install. The installers were professional, in my opinion. Efficient, minimum waste & good time management.

We have been pleased with our choice.

I have known Joey for years and refer all my friends, family and acquaintances to him. He is very particular about his work and let’s the chemicals do the cleaning so as not to damage the decks and siding or blow water into the house. It’s really like taking your house to a SPA for some TLC.

They were on time, very polite and professional. They came in clean trucks with trailers to haul everything away, they had the right equipment and wore the right safety equipment . We will use them again when future tree issues arise.
