Princess Cleaning is awesome! They cleaned my two-bedroom apartment for a very reasonable price, especially considering the great job they do. Scheduling is a breeze via email - they are very responsive. You can also pay via Credit Card, which is fab. I have started having them come monthly. They always send three people, who are incredibly nice and efficient. When they are finished my place is sparkling and smells like heaven! I love Princess Cleaning - can't imagine ever using anyone else.

I'm giving it one star because I saw the owner, who claims to have a company—who knows what kind of company it is—mistreating her workers. She insults them terribly; what a disgrace! Who does she think she is to talk to them like that? They're her employees! I definitely don't recommend hiring this service... Does that woman think she's superior? Nobody is above anyone else. She should be ashamed of herself. A disgusting person.
