Had a major leak in our water line on our property. King Construction arrived promptly, and after a thorough investigation, developed a plan to install a new main water line from the meter to the house. It was a rather difficult job, but it was completed quickly and in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this company for your needs as they are easy to work with and conscientious. Justin was awesome!! He communicated well from the beginning to the end. Very knowledgeable about the underground water line leak I was having and he even pointed out something that I wouldn’t have contributed to the leak(crack concrete and grass) and find 2 additional leaks. He was punctual and even came a day earlier than scheduled to complete the job. I really appreciate his honesty and communication throughout.

My experience with King Construction was a good one. After the initial company set for this project failed to get it done quickly, Justin and his team stepped in and set up a plan to move forward. My issue was my waterline. Instead of trying to repair the faulty line, he replaced it with a brand new one. Once the ticket was approved, him and his team got the job done expeditiously.

King Construction LLC is wonderful! They communicated with me on when they were going to stop by and showed up when they said they would. They explained what was going on and provided guidance on the process and how things would progress. They were thorough in fixing the main water leak (plumbers connection). Once it was fixed they made sure there were no more leaks. They gave us instructions on what to do next. Thank you Justin. Would definitely recommend!

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Justin and his team. We had a broken pipe in our front yard and needed someone to look at it immediately. Within 30-45 minutes of our initial contact, Justin and his team were at my house looking at the damage. Justin stayed in contact with us the entire time, providing us with exceptional customer service. They were efficient, professional, and customer focused. He came out as part of our Homeserv water line insurance and he immediately detected our problem and facilitated everything that needed to be done with the insurance company. Justin and team with King Construction are THE BEST! I HIGHLY recommend this company for any and all underground utility work (including water/sewer line issues and replacement)! This company was assigned through the insurance process (HomeServe) and immediately contacted me the same day to come to our home for water line leak detection. He identified multiple leaks and got the insurance to approve full water line replacement immediately. He took the time to explain the entire process and answer all of my questions. They had to dig up the front yard, which included a flower bed covered in phlox. I asked them to put the flowers aside for replanting, but they took the time to replant themselves (so awesome!). They also filled in all holes and covered the lawn with grass seed and straw, so the yard should be looking good in no time! After the water line was reconnected, Justin made sure everything in the house (sinks, toilets showers, washing machine, and dishwasher) was working properly and flushed all lines to clean out sediment. They really went above and beyond with the entire process!

Justin and his team were fantastic. HomeServe insurance sent Justin out after the first company they sent could not fix a leak in the water line running to our house. Justin came out the same day, developed a plan for the job (which was complicated due to the age of the house and being in a historic district), worked on my behalf to make sure insurance covered the job in full, and kept me updated every step along the way. After getting approval and permits, Justin finished the job within a few hours. Highly recommend.
