I wanted the mirror mounted on the wall and it was mounted with the clips. The lights overlapped the door and I would’ve loved to be informed before they mounted it the measurements or what it would look like before placing it up there. It just could’ve been way better.

First-rate professionals. They arrive in time and get straight to the job. The head of the team that came to our house is called ‘Butch’. He analyzes the problem or problems before touching the first tool. His work is careful and tidy. He will crack a few jokes. A real gent, knowledgeable about his craft, and a good team leader. Today two gentlemen from Wayne Cook came here to remove a dangerous electric roof vent fan, Todd and Jessie were here much earlier than I thought they would be, but that was not anything near to being a major issue. They did a good job in replacing the fan motor, which had seen 7 ears of service and was ready to go out from worn bearings. Then, two hours later, even including a trip to the supplier to get the new motor, they had finished the job and were gone to the next one. Good people to deal with every time.

My elderly mother had been without electric and the main breaker needed to be replaced. I had originally asked for Chris but they said they could send Todd out same day. Todd could have fixed it same day but had to wait until the electric company could shut off the power. Within 24 hours of my initial call, the main breaker was replaced and power restored. Margaret took my initial call and she was fantastic. Then Todd was awesome, as well. Wayne Cook Electric will have my business for any future needs!
