This Morning , Lawrence and Will Came to fix our 2nd bathroom tub . They arrived on time for our appointment. They were both professional . Fixed everything within 10 minutes and everything was back to normal!! If I could give them 1000 stars I would ! Thank you both so much ! 1000/10 recommend!

I had a terrible experience with Select Home Warranty and was forced to source my own plumbing business to replace my hot water heater. I have been without hot water since June 4th. I contacted Colonial Plumbing and completed the form on June 18. They initially told me they would not be able to get here until June 24. However, the representative took the initiative and called me on June 20th, stating they could dispatch a technician that afternoon.
Noah and Will arrived that afternoon. They listened to my issue and frustration, assessed what needed to be done, gave me a fair quote on the spot, and emailed it to me immediately. Noah set expectations, told me what time he would be here the next day (June 21), and kept that promise—he even arrived early. He and Jay took care of installing my new hot water heater and discarding my old one. By 11 AM on June 21, I had hot water.
Noah took the time to keep me informed and explain everything along the way. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing project needs in my home. I love Colonial Plumbing because you always take care of my plumbing needs quickly and don't break the bank. Thank you for your reasonable prices and for employing wonderful team members to take care of me. I will be back again. If I could give 10 stars I would :)
